I hope it goes back up bcuz I have so many things to compliment about this drama! Apart from the great storyline & characters if we include the phenomenal OST and amazing CGI, this drama deserves higher than 8.5. If it hits an 8.9 or 9.0 I'd be super ecstatic!

Yes, their chemistry was fire! I love watching fmvs more about them than the main leads in Miss the dragon haha 😂😅 I wouldn't even mind if they play another drama together as the main lead if we never get a S2 of miss the dragon lol Like I just want to see them together haha

Oh those students were mortals? I dont think so?...I thought they were young immortals...bcuz Bai Jue was teaching them in that hut on Mount Lookout and that's certainly not in the mortal realm. And I think I once saw those students all present who sat on the bridge to the God realm and were all in awe when they saw Gujun fly above and passed by them (I don't remember the specific ep tho) I mean if we go by ur interpretation then there should've been some immortals that could help the town people (as in protect them from harm) during the disaster but Houchi being a goddess that the Bai Shuo's parents referred to was the one who protected it by setting up a massive barrier over the town. But yea I think once the novel for Tianqi and Yuemi is completed it might be explained more thoroughly in there and we will then hopefully get our S2 too.

Yes haha both AMA/The Legends ended up with a good ending which Im quite happy about. As for FIYS I'm confident ALP will certainly surpass it when more people have completed and rate the drama ^^
Yes I totally understand haha you're being objective in ur opinion about the actress after you've watched her performance in FYIS and so will I as well when I complete the drama I will see whether or not she was able to fully portray the "fall in love" emotion as much as we were able to see with Xukai. Yea exactly, I believe the more she takes on new acting roles/films she will gain more experience as an actress. Yes I noticed that too!! In ALP they were in Qinchi palace, and in FIYS one of them was in the same team as Xukai and the other guy was like an admirer of the FL 😂😅

I can't believe they cut it out from ELOD bcuz I too saw the clip and would've been so much better if they added it in the drama of ELOD we were all baffled at the end cuz we kept looking for that scene to come but never showed up in the end lmao😂😅 But we at least got to watch the clip it sort of felt like an extended bonus so that was nice but not for ALP...sigh if only they could've added that I'd have been so happy and I'm sure other fans would've been ecstatic to see it too! But yea let's hope we will at least see them in S2 now ><

Yea bcuz she rly was expecting the worst for the worst, she prob thought of so many scenarios in her head, what if it's bai jue without the memories or Qingmu or Boxuan....and she even responded back it's fine if its bai jue without memories so she rly thought worst case scenario in her head. But the fact that she was able to rly get back the complete version Bai Jue was the miracle she never thought would happen. Yea I get what you mean when u rly want something deep down but too afraid of asking is something I got during that scene too. Having a glimpse of hope and anticipating the "what if" was rly shown in her expression. To me she was able to rly portray every single emotion and how she felt when the new god of fire started to appear. As a viewer she was rly able to showcase what she was feeling during that process of when Bai Jue appeared again. It was truly a blissful moment indeed and their hug rly summarized the long wait and yearning both parties felt. Truly a happy reunion but yea I get what u mean even tho I sometimes complain too I still am thankful for that hug scene LOL

Yea honestly the BL moments in Miss the dragon were so real I srsly thought it could have genuinely fooled me if I didnt know it was a straight couple drama 😂😂 Kudos to the script writer bcuz those scenes were so entertaining and hilarious they rly brought humour to the table. Me too.....it was soooo evil that he turned Xue Qian Xun into his puppet and even fooled our QingQing about the tea leaves that were suppose to heal him but turned out to be the opposite T_T I hope we can see a new side of character portrayal from him next time we encounter him in another drama lol 😂 Hopefully not the cliche and predictable ones he did before now im always gonna be skeptical thats what he did to me 😂😂

I havent started FIYS yet..so I can't rly comment on the actress ChengXiao's acting :/ hmm I'll keep that in mind then and judge for myself once I'm done watching. But imo ALP chemistry is still top notch lol I mean Chengxiao as an actress is quite young in the acting industry right? Maybe that's why u could felt she was lacking and wasn't fully able to showcase what she needed to do (in ur case being "in love" phase) compared to XuKai and Zhou Dong Yuthey're much more experienced and took on a lot more dramas/movies. Wasnt Chengxia an idol? so that's why she's new and still needs lots of experience I'm sure she'll get better in the future there's always lots of room for improvement.😂

Yes, even though I knew boxuan is indeed bai Jue, he's known as just the man behind the mask during Houchi's life until he left. That's why Shanggu said "are you Qingmu? Boxuan?" then Bai Jue responded "Shanggu, I am Bai Jue". Boxuan was a real mystery(except Gujun) to both the viewers and to Houchi until we found out the truth about his real identity so he was a character that was indeed present during a period of time even tho yea he was Bai Jue, but Bai Jue hid his identity behind the mask so that basically means he undertook another identity to hide his real one. Ofc we all know the real reason behind this but it doesnt change the fact that Boxuan did exist in Houchi's life. Houchi never knew it was Bai Jue behind that mask since the beginning to when she was in the 100 yrs of exile, it was only until she became Shanggu and regain her memories that she discovered the whole truth. And yes....I almost teared up at that specific part!! It was rly like Shanggu couldn't believe it and was rly expecting the worst for the worst like what if it's Bai Jue but doesnt have his memories...and the fact that Bai Jue called her name her heart screamed in happiness >< Always be the ultimate favorite couple of mine!!

She is apparently Yuemi's reincarnation. Even though we all know she is a mortal that Qingmu helped with learning Kungfu moves, she later becomes a Goddess. I don't know much details yet but the novel is up to Ch26 and it's still ongoing. Some people used google translate to read in eng as no one picked up the translation as of yet.

I absolutely loved the 2nd couple! They lit carried the whole drama imo if not for them lots of people would've drop it. They were the show stealers and that says a lot given their short screen time compared to the main leads lol If they release a S2 it has to be about them I would love to watch more of their story! I like the fact that ancestral god returned the one and only Bai Jue, not Boxuan, not Qingmu but Bai Jue with his whole memories. That was rly merciful of him to do so and yes it def shows that god is fair and not some heartless divine being.

Yea I'm glad AMA didn't have a crappy ending, it was an adequate one that wrapped up the drama nicely imo. That's true I think it was bcuz the fact that the FL dressed up/looked a lot like a boy...>.> so they censored it to not give the wrong impression to the public which is kinda dumb tbh...But so far in AMA the fact that the CP was able to have sparks/great chemistry without even having those romantic scenes rly made it the ultimate pairing for me. That just goes to say how they made it work so well even in that kind of setting with full on chemistry despite the drama having the deleted scenes and censorship. I'm also having withdrawal symptoms from ALP...bcuz I still havent started FIYS 😂😂 that's how bad it is lol I've been rewatching some scenes, clips and the bts and the new content tencent dropped hahahah Yea if that was the case then no wonder ALP is slowly having an increased in rating I think it'll beat FIYS by the end since it's now at 8.6 and FYIS is at 8.7 lool We can kinda see whose chemistry is better after people watched both dramas....plus who knows it's also subjective too some like modern more than ancient dramas but ALP is still top for me atm. 😂😂

Seeing how u said the novel ending didn't even have a hug...it makes me wonder and understand why they did only give us a short CP hug at the end. I guess they didnt rly want to stray off too much from the novel ending so the least they could do was add the hug and that was the ending we were getting. Bcuz the author(if im not wrong?) also took part in the drama so I guess her opinion also mattered for how she wanted the ending to be? And if they showed more than what was originally written in the novel then it'd have gone too far off and novel fans wouldnt have liked it? idk either way I feel a bit less angry now knowing the novel ending didnt even give us a nice ending compared to the drama. Ofc I would have love to see family of 3 at the end as well but I guess we can only hope for a S2 at this point and hope for the best.😂
