As someone who's been here when the rating was at 8.3 I'm so happy to see it finally going up sitting at an 8.6 now 😭 I truly believe this drama deserves a high rating once more people watch & rate it and who knows we might get our season 2 if this drama does well ^^

yes...Bai Jue was forced to provide a divorce letter in front of the immortals and proceeded to follow Houchi's request bcuz he was marrying Jingzhao and she couldn't bear to see him with another lady. Houchi/Qingmu got married in the mortal realm, then the divorce happened during the wedding with the princess, but then the wedding with Jingzhao never also rly happened since it was interrupted so they weren't officially married as well. In the end Bai Jue stayed true to Shanggu and to me Jingzhao was just like a maid/pawn to keep close by so that Bai Jue can keep an eye on her moves so that she doesnt hurt Shanggu.

She will remember everything towards the end when Yuanqi brings the Obsidian bracelet that Bai Jue gave to him to take care of (originally belonged to Shanggu tho). And after Shanggu sees the bracelet, the memories that were kept in that bracelet went back to the owner and she then remembers everything.

Oh yes by "bad" I meant as in the pov of Shanggu but ofc as a viewer I understand why he did it and wouldnt take it as as terrible thing bcuz he had no choice but to do so 😭 But you def described it much better than me with your interpretation of Black and I completely resonate with what u wrote in terms of tragedy character that Hei Jue is. No matter what Hei Jue went thru it rly was unbearable and I was so heartbroken when Houchi broke his heart with what she said and Bai Jue was tearing up bcuz you could lit see on his expression how hurtful it was hearing it from Houchi/Shanggu. It lit felt like his heart shattered to million pieces...but no matter what he was so resolute in his plan and that even tho he has to hurt her as long as she is alive is what matters. If he had to act as the bad guy for her to get over him then so be it bcuz he knew it'd be less painful when he'd be gone and wanted her to get over him. But we all know that was impossible bcuz the love they share is just unbreakable and pure.

But yea watching the first arc again just reminds me of the sweet and lovely times they spent together before that damn tragedy happened 😭 and I totally understand why we were left wanting more after that ending... I sure hope we can have a season 2 but that's prob gonna take yrs as most dramas with S2 took to be released 😅

Yess the name Hei Jue makes the most perfect sense in 3rd arc of the drama for me ^^

Yea I heard it's called Goddess Bai Shu?? in which I read from a comment somewhere here that it is the reincarnation of Yuemi?? and after I read that comment I was like omggg is this why they didnt revive her back in ALP?? maybe bcuz there's a reason for it and if there is that'll be in a season 2 of ALP? lol I hope so haha and yea I would love to also see the same cast too bcuz we feel attached to them since we've been with them on this whole journey by watching the drama...but hopefully they don't replace Baijue/Shanggu if there is a second season >< and yea I had to get used to the new faces in pillow book.....took me a bit of time to warm up to them since i was so fond of the original cast...LOL

YESSS! AMA is a happy ending and a fulfilling one to me! Altho there was a lack of romance/kissing scenes (which is fine imo..since I'm used to the Untamed) Eyes and actions rly tells more in how deep their love for each other was and that played well in the drama too. If u ever do watch it, let me know how u find it and we can bond over~ yea even tho it is old same as the Legends the scenes are well executed imo and looks fantastic when u watch it! I love the whole cast in that drama rly became attached to them too the bromance was cute, the friendship was so genuine I cried it was so amazingly well done lol YEA IKR?? that was how I realized how super STRICT censorship is?? like for real? not even BL but ok....always be ruining a good show sighh yea the HBD scene was hilarious bcuz they knew it wasnt her bday (if I remember correctly lol) and they were all confused! And this video (last one I promise ><) here rly shows how much he loves the FL, show his srs side despite him being childish from time to time, he is always so protective of her all the time even in the academy reminds me of Qingmu a bit ngl would do anything to stick with the FL and protects her from harm T_T The love of the CP rly moved me and the FL wasnt a damsel in distress in this drama which I rly enjoyed! oh my good thing I didn't read the novel ending cuz I'd be left disappointed...glad they at least changed it in the drama😅😭 yea the forehead kisses were cute and sweet to me just portrays how pure their love for each other is haha But I do miss some of those kissing scenes lol I think it'd have been perfect for the ending for sure haha😅

Yup exactly...you know when he wears black you can tell what's about to come...like the black outfit is the hint already cuz u know he's either about to hurt Houchi/Shanggu or do something bad behind her back lol Yea I can totally relate to what u said at the end it is very symbolic bcuz how he is silently suffering on the inside no one knows except us fans (well some lol) and the black to me sorta represents a cloak of protection to hide his heart and his true feelings bcuz it's black u cant see or notice much..idk if i'm making sense but yea I understand how Hei Jue came to be thanks to you as well for explaining.
