I rly gotta give it to Yunxi tho for being able to pull off such deep heartbreaking emotions and acting as this character Runyu must have been a lot of work during AOL. It def must not have been easy after so many setbacks and mistreatments like u said😭 and I can't wait to watch And the winner is love now, the trailer got me smiling all throughout the whole thing!!!!! I couldn't stop myself he looked so great! At first I thought the girl in the thumbnail was Bai Lu LOOL😅😂 her profile gave me that impression haha That drama should've gotten at least a rating of above 8 even after watching that trailer it made me so happy!

Yea I'm guessing they didn't do a good job with the editing and transition...but thx i'll keep that in mind it's still an enjoyable drama nonetheless haha I love my Bai Lu/Xu Kai pairing lol im such a sucker for them so I'll for sure pull thru this drama and this will make up for the lost of PDA/kissing scene we never got in Arsenal Military academy 😅😭

Yea same with me too! I wasn't fully captivated at the first impression of Zhou Dong Yu and thats prob bcuz I never watched/saw her from dramas before. So it also took me awhile to warm up to her but her acting skills were superb you could def tell Houchi and Shanggu were 2 different people with their own personality same as Qingmu/Bai Jue. Their portrayal of their 2 characters were rly well executed!! Bai Jue and Shanggu both had a regal air around them exactly like Gods while Houchi/Qingmu were immortals with their own distinct personalities! Overall I love love this drama haha

Hope I wont be a confused lollipop at the end of The legends I read your comment about how there was quite a bit of plot holes lol let's hope I'll be ok haha AND yes first arc was what captivated me the most and I fell for shanggu's charm as well as the actress' portrayal of the character! That was the moment for me and I was able to rly enjoyed the CP in the drama going forward hehe I also ended up rewatching the first arc like literally the first 16 eps for me is irrepleaceable~😭

Well I quite enjoyed first and second arc the best! There were a lot more sweet, cute and adorable moments from the cp! I found the 3rd arc to be more heart-breaking bcuz that's when Bai Jue woke up and also bcuz of the situation and what was unfolding from then on.

Yes this is also what I loved about ALP I didn't find any eps draggy in comparison to TMOPB there was a lot of filling - in that made it draggy...but yea I do think its on par with TMOPB and ELOD they're my top 3 so far with ALP sitting first haha Let's hope your friend's expectation of ALP wasnt crushed down too much after getting so hyped up 😅 I think I'll just watch The legends idk i'm still debating whether to watch AOL or not...but The Legends is def gonna be watched someday haha maybe after i finish FIYS lol ALP beginning was such a treat!
