It's a rom com, not very slice of life drama, it doesn't have much of a small town vibe (for now) and the side characters are not interesting like in HCC (for now, it's too early to say how it will develop). But it's lighthearted and first 2 eps are really fun. Besides setting being at the seaside town, I wouldn't say it's similar to HCC.
am i the only one who felt annoyed by the se-jin character? like why would u blame someone else just because the…
I agree, and it's a shame writers did that to a character because in manhwa she is such a nice person. She and FL have a great relationship as a teacher and a student, I really hope they will keep it in a drama.
So what's FL story? What about the dream in the beginning? Something like, she dated someone, that guy was married,…
The drama changed some stuff from manhwa, but in manhwa somebody photoshoped photos of her with a married man and it turned into a scandal. She left Seoul and ended in a school that she works now. Manhwa is still ongoing but apparently for now she is falsely accused of being a mistress.
Yes it's a sleeve but the reason he wears is different in the drama. In the Manwha he wears it cause of burn scars.…
I agree with you. I think the tattoo was there to enhance the prejudices about him as a dangerous man and a bad guy. And being it fake, it kinda symbolizes that those rumors about him are also fake.
FL was capable, dilligent and determined in the first episodes but since she got the job she became clumsy and…
In my opinion, writers needed a way to show MLs affection toward her and they decided to showing it by putting her into situations where he has to save her (buying her porridge for her stomach pains, carrying her to the er, etc). And ultimately, throwing her character development under the bus. Another example of lazy writing imho, they could show his secret affection in numerous other ways.
I know this sounds bad, but I’m starting to skip bits and I’m finding the main couple very cringe. I know…
FL was capable, dilligent and determined in the first episodes but since she got the job she became clumsy and silly, almost like a comedic relief. It's bad writing, the same way they turned her unassuming childhood friend into love rival that has unbased jelousy and is stringing along another woman.
What in the world with these scammers. Episode 3 is making me so angry right now. How has nobody reported them…
They found the loophole in the law so basically they're not breaking any law (their leader is a former lawyer so I'm guessing he knows the loopholes), at least considering selling taxi licences. But making people to sign contracts then revealing missing pages and beating people up, that's definitely illegal and could be reported.
I'm currently watching season 2 and I feel like they're trying to set her up as a Kim Do Gi's love interest and honestly I don't know what to think about it. I always got siblings vibe from them. I don't think this drama needs romance plot.
