I just finished the drama and the last few episodes dragged a bit because there's no story left, but they try to put so many different things after their happy ever after.

But they completely dropped the storyline of his eyes getting blurry and hurting? Somehow that wasn't a problem anymore. I legit thought he would be blind again before the end of the show

And they never talked about the dead friend again. I guess Wu Yan magically got better? Or she pretends that her roommate friend is alive forever? C'mon writers

And Xiao Wei was never shown again.

It's very unnecessary to have words on the screen telling the audience that this person's storyline has ended. Very unnatural way of storytelling.
