omg i decided to watch this bc the synopsis sounded good & kind of gives me when we were young vibes (which is 1 of my favourite cdramas), but omg ruichang is in it! i loved his acting from in a class of her own, he was my favourite character so i'm excited to watch this
Is it worth to watch? Is it similar to penthouse or sky castle?
when i first read the synopsis i expected it to be a makjang like sky castle & penthouse. after watching ep 2, so far i would def class it as a makjang but it feels much darker & complicated compared to other makjangs i've seen. the crime aspect is more realistic so far.
def recommend trying it. the endings of the episodes are keeping me hooked.
Yeah how come some people wishing soohyun’s character would be killed is really shocking....calling her annoying…
exactly, i dont find her useless. her character's been a great support & friend for Ga On. & i love how she has strong morals. she's a brave character too, being a policewoman in a dystopian setting would be a v dangerous career
Ok, till now nobody knew that the criminal who was behind Ga On's parents death and many others was roaming around…
yeah i never said anything about a set number of people. but true, i understand your point about yohan's way of showing love, i didn't think that far. thanks for explaining
Bro u r not observing the situation correctly . Thinking & being concern about a person who bought a little change…
i never said that's obsessive. my comment was about how he told K to spy on Ga On after Ga On clearly chose to leave. if Ga On no longer wants to be involved then Yohan should respect that. Being concerned about someone is different from invading their privacy
Ok, till now nobody knew that the criminal who was behind Ga On's parents death and many others was roaming around…
thanks for your perspective. but i think you may have misunderstood some of my comment. i don't dislike yohan, i love his character & agree with his actions, it was only this episode that he disappointed me. i know we need people like him.
i never said anything about the criminal behind Ga On's parents deaths, it's good Yohan revealed the truth. my comment was about Yohan's treatment towards Soohyun, that's what i disliked. and the way he's obsessed with Ga On bc he resembles his bro. I agree that to some extent the Deputy Chief of Justice does just want an excuse to blame Yohan but for Soohyun's case, i think she's genuinely concerned for Ga On.
ahh ep 12 was the 1st time yohan disappointed me :(
i don't understand why people hate soohyun, i'm on her side with what happened in this ep. yohan is obsessive over Ga On, i dislike it. it's not right getting Ga On involved in crime & then using that to blackmail people who care about him. after Ga On left his house, he should've accepted he no longer wants to be involved & get on with his plan, instead he asked K to spy on him
i know gaon's a 'good' character but it would've been nice if he at least like crippled that scammer or smth. they need him for their plan so he can't get a full revenge but they can afford to torture him a bit. it's fine as long as he's alive. idk how he managed to be so rational about it at the end. i would've been more infuriated discovering the scammer's atonement was false.
i was so over nabi & jae-eon episodes ago, but bitna & jiwan were really irritating in this ep too. i agree with kyuhyun, bitna does unnecessarily make people feel uncomfortable, she's too interested in other people's business.
jiwan is very childish & immature. it can be cute sometimes but she lacks basic manners, which is off-putting for me. like a couple of eps ago when it was obvious that guy was asking sol on a date & she forced herself into it. and in this ep, dohyuk clearly won the teddy as a gift for nabi but said it was her favourite, basically asking for it. she also didn't help at all with the bbq, she could've at least asked if anyone wanted help?? or if she was just gonna enjoy herself, then fair enough but why whinge that you feel lonely or want more meat? and then the scene with sol when they were alone, i thought jiwan's love for sol was cute at first but it was creepy in this ep, extremely obsessive. oh and she lied about jae-eon not going.
this was a fat rant haha but i had to get it out somewhere
omg that was amazing. seeing some comments saying they disliked that it had no romance, but it was perfect without romance! adding romance would've ruined it. for anyone questioning whether to watch or not, just do it. it'll have you hooked from the 1st ep but the last half especially was just wonderful
tomorrow's the last ep already! think i'm probably gonna rate it 8 or 8.5 depending on the ending. the cast did a great job & the storyline's good overall
very nice read! it's an interesting topic. i remember how shocked i was when i first found out about voice dubbing haha, it was when i found out most of the characters in the untamed are dubbed. 100% agree with what you said tho, it's necessary if the actor's voice doesn't suit the character
def recommend trying it. the endings of the episodes are keeping me hooked.
