I believe they have been in contact with his agency about what their next steps are going to be. The harassment is too much, online and offline. Maybe they think a few days/a week, without content, is going to allow some new air in that will help with the reactions while his agency starts suing.

Yeah, there are hints so far that is not looking good. I get they need time to release a statement but it has been messy, esp after Viu's twitter post.
I am sure the international broadcasting companies did not allow the release of all the episodes or at least episode/day. They want people to talk about it on SNS and get money from subscriptions. Understandable but I think the production company should have been more cautious about it. But that is also speculation, I have no idea how things work out behind the scenes and who has the final say.

I think JCD should have been prepared about this, given her history so far regarding her adaptions (Addicted, Falling in Love with a Rival, Stay with Me). The first one especially was the reason that the BL genre and LGBTQ+ content was banned by the Chinese government. She should have been more cautious, considering the ban on Timmy and Johnny.
Yeah, there is a loophole but we have seen how their government moves. The production company should have taken extra steps to ensure the safety of their cast along with their agencies. But what is done, is done. I have the wishful thinking that they should have dropped the episodes in one go but maybe, for whatever reason, it was not possible (ahemmoneysocialengagmentahem)
If they do edit the episodes, I am not sure I am going to watch. It is not because I want kisses and sex scenes; yes, they are nice and I enjoy the f out of them. ViU Thailand made a Twitter post that episodes 14+15 of the series will not air as per schedule on Monday + Tuesday but the week after. A fan asked in the replies why this is happening and the mod of the account answered that it is an order from the production company. A few hours later, they deleted their tweet but another fan posted a DM asking them about the deleted info and they said it still stands.
Now, on the official YouTube channel, you could see till 2 days ago 3 unreleased videos waiting. It should be a BTS and the new episodes. Since yesterday, there is nothing there. Only what they have posted so far.
Now, fans are speculating that they will edit the episodes because we should have the sex scene on episode 12. This is probably happening because of TXN scandal the past two weeks, the company wants to keep a low profile and protect the actors.
Where is the company to make the official announcement? It's been an hour since ViU posted it. I hope it's not cancellation of the series, I will not survive🥲🥲

Since I had my day off today, I decided to rewatch the last 5 episodes (6-10)
It appears that the subs of the earlier episodes got better, so it was easier to follow the plot, especially with the snakes and WSW's accepting his feelings for CC.
In my personal opinion, the flow of the story is better when you watch it back to back (duh). There is a shift in the tone and "color" of the series. By that ,I mean the story ends two big plots that started the series: 1. WSW's revenged against YY, and 2. Snakes are back to CC (some of them)
That means the game of push and pull, will they - will they not, between WSW and CC, has come to its finishing line. I get that some fans might find the end of this plot and the beginning of the couple phrase as boring and lose interest, and that is totally fine, but it was about to happen sooner or later. WSW has an "office job" now, does what he likes (art projects), has a car and no longer making plans to get his revenge. CC is there to support him and he showed to WSW that he matters more than his snakes.
This transition happens at the same time as WSW starts realizing his feelings for CC but mentally he is not prepared to do the physical part. We know he has sexual desires for CC because he played with himself while calling his name. But of course, these two actions are different. Actually, one fan in the comments below did say that in EP10, CC used his fingers in the office make out scene, and they are right! I know the edited version is not the fan favourite after the leaked footage, but probably they made it like this because this sexual act was performed (hence WSW telling CC that it hurts and to stop, and later he says to Shuai that he tried but he could not continue and is open to the idea of using lube).
So, now we are waiting for the inevitable to happen and it looks like next week episodes will deliver that. What happens later and who comes next, I think most of us can guess. As there is the big, final plot to resolve: CC finding out that WSW used him to get revenge on YY.
