I mean. Never did she say how she liked him/loved him was based on loving him romantically until after she is told the truth. There is an episode to watch, that explains it more when she realizes who really has her brother's heart. Her romantic feelings are not based on the fact she thinks he has her brother's heart either. The only qualities she points out that are like her brother's are qualities friends can love each other for platonically.
Also she says it in the beginning, when she is convinced he is the donor receiver, that she doesn't want to be romantic with him she just wants to be his friend. The feelings have come naturally and now that she knows--I feel that her feelings for him have blossomed more as she is getting to know him as himself.
