My guess of what will happen: DFQC will exchange his body with Orchid and then he will stab himself with this fancy, magic sword.

In my opinion they were even better than the main couple in first season.

Bad ending is not the worst thing that might happen to a drama, a bad script is much worse. In this case we have a brilliant script and I still hope that ending also will be good and happy.

It is so rare that 26th episode of the drama is as good as for example the 5th. How is it even possible that the managed to keep the same, incredibly high level to this point.

I was not familiar with the novel or this story at all. But when I saw the title "Love Between Fairy and Devil" instantly.

Who is writting this script? He seems to be a genius! I haven't read the novel, but the script for this drama is just briliat. Every time when I think that it is getting conventional and will not suprise me anymore, suddenly they do something "wow!" and I laugh and cry in front of my computer screen.
Not to mention how everything looks!

I still have a trauma after Moon Lovers: Scarlet Heart Ryeo and it aired six years ago. Since then I don't watch dramas with sad endings. I didn't dropp this one and this means that I really believe in a happy ending :)

I think, that I know which scene you are talking about, but I really think, that we shouldn't give up hope. It could be taken out of the context. It could be a part of a dream or some vision. Who would put an ending scene in the trailer? I bet, they did it to mislead and torment us

And do you know the ending of the orginal novel? Would you mind sharing it with me? (of course with a spoiler mark). How can you be sure that they did not adapt orginal ending? I have seen some, um, disturbing scenes from a music video, but I still hope that these scenes were taken out of the context and everything will be fine.

Well, Orchid is a pure and kind protagonist. In my opinion it is not likely for her to kill anyone. It would be against "rules", if you know what I mean.
