When you write a drama, yes, you could make it a mature and realistic story, but there has to be a selling point. There's none in this one; it only relies on the popularity of the actors to carry it, which isn't uncommon. However, it has to be called out. I won't sugarcoat it to please the fans; this drama is mid at best.
Go watch "Meet Yourself" or "Go Ahead"; maybe you will finally understand what I am saying after you watch a couple of realistic dramas, which are masterpieces.

Calling it a spin-off from Hospital Playlist is quite a statement. HL is undeniably one of the finest Korean dramas ever produced, so I naturally have high expectations for anything connected to it. But frankly I don't expect too much from this one and hopefully I am wrong
I am not familiar with FL though but if the cast is true, she is lucky... I also don't understand why can't Meng Zi Yi be the FL if she is already in this 😒
