Waited 3 years for this. Yeon Si Eun is fascinating as always, I hold my breath when he appears on the screen. His eyes, his slow glances, the emotions, the AURA agghh!!
Speaking from POV of someone who hasn’t read the webtoon yet and was severely attached to Season 1 characters, my favorite moments of the season were the memories of Su Ho, seeing the effect he had on Si Eun, the hospital scenes and that ending. I loved seeing parallels between Si Eun’s new friendships and his relationship with Su Ho. Basically, I love Su Ho, period.
Only thing that was lacking for me was a deeper dive to villain’s backstory and motivations. Felt like it was rushed a little. And though I loved the cast, Baku, and most of the Union members, including the main villains did not look like high school students at all. That was bothering me quite a bit tbh.
Still, overall was an enjoyable watch, full of gripping action, even if not as emotionally impactful as Season 1 to me (cried for hours), I will remember it for a long time. Wish we could have another season, although I heard that all the webtoon was already adapted…
I enjoyed this one for its comedic absurdity and lightheartedness, so I was getting bored after episode 8 when the drama began to unfold. Regardless, it ended on a sweet note.
Apart from some really funny moments, what stood out to me was the main leads’ visuals. I haven’t seen such a good looking pair in a while, and they have nice physical chemistry as well. Kang Tae Oh is both cute and ridiculously hot, and Lee Sun Bin is drop dead gorgeous (especially in the last scene of the drama). I wish to see them together again in a different drama, maybe with a more serious plot.
Wow I was one of those people who thought they were exaggerating their past trauma but this episode hit me right in the feels. I cried when ML was crying on his bed and when FL had a breakdown in the hallway :( Felt their pain throughout. And it was so meaningful that they ended up really understanding each others’ hurt as well, best way to resolve the trauma rather than sweep it under the rug as something insignificant. Amazing episode 9
Ep5 - Another fun episode. My favorite scene was the barbecue welcome party, the silent conversation and facial expressions between Baek Ho and Mi Gyeong were top tier.
The ghost arc made me feel so bad for BH haha but loving the new “doormat” dynamic between them 🤣
what is this comment section??? guys is it worth watching??
Yes, very polarized opinions. For me it’s worth it, I love cute romcom genre, lightweight plot, charismatic actors, slow build up, it’s ticking all my boxes.
There was little chemistry between them in the beginning but I feel like it’s gradually building up as the relationship progresses and it’s exciting. I can feel the tension rising between them through the screen ❤️
Considering that everyone who wished for a baby in this drama ended up unhappy, disappointed, disabled or dead, how is this supposed to work as a pro-life propaganda? This is what’s not making sense to me, given the main theme, I genuinely expected everyone to live happily ever after with their babies. But after the last 4 episodes, what’s the message now? Probably not the drama’s intention but the one I personally took was “get ready for your life to be ruined if you want to have a baby no matter what.” What a waste from all sides…
This drama managed to turn everyone against it with this absurd ending, even the casual supporters like me who enjoyed it every weekend. I have no words to describe my disappointment right now, I guess it’s my own fault for getting invested.
Eve died after childbirth. Ryong seems like he committed suicide, but there is another scene in the end that shows him in the wheelchair with his daughter next to him, so it’s confusing.
You should really stop relying on people on this site. Most of them are shallow and dumb, why would their opinion…
There are so many dramas out there, and so little time. Ratings have always been a way to filter out my watchlist. I have not been yet disappointed by top rated dramas, but I learned now not to trust the low ratings.
I usually rely on MDL’s ratings when deciding which drama to watch. So glad I started watching this since it started airing, so I could decide for myself that I loved it without getting affected by average score. Keeps me excited for the weekend 😍
Everyone is sharing their opinion - and here is mine to add some positivity to the comment section - I am LOVING THIS!! The entertainment value of this drama is through the roof. Sure, it feels more like watching an epic fairytale rather than a realistic sci-fi, but it makes it more fun, because you can’t guess what they’ll come up with next. ☺️
