Nothing makes sense. The logic is nonexistent. Instead of acting like normal people, these near-strangers randomly decide to hang out in an empty school instead of just studying quietly in their room like any sane person would. It’s not quirky — it’s just stupid.
And the female lead? Completely unbearable. She follows a guy she barely knows all the way to Seoul while he’s trying to handle his own business, and then somehow can’t figure out basic public transport. No Google Maps, no asking staff, nothing — just calling a near-stranger and crying because she doesn’t know which metro to take. It’s embarrassing to watch.
Like… you’re basically strangers. Why is this written like some deep emotional connection?
The whole thing feels forced, unnatural, and painfully cringe. And not in a “so bad it’s funny” way — just bad. Even 20 years ago this would’ve been considered lazy writing.
I don’t know who approved this script, but Netflix should seriously reconsider where their money is going.

After watching the first two episodes though, I have to admit she was okay.
I think I might have some trauma from watching dramas with Im Yoon‑ah, so now I get nervous whenever a K-pop star is cast in a K-drama.
YoonA is kind of unique though—she can ruin a drama and still somehow land another high-budget project to ruin right after. Lmao.
