Ahhh! I'll miss it on the next weekend. It was a brilliant watch. Also, I really love Shin Hae Sun's crying or emotional scenes. She just has that effect on me. Gong Myoung's new movie Husbands in Action will be released in June. This has raised my expectations of his projects. Let's meet again on a new drama, everyone.

This ep was a lot better for me than the last two, but now I'm dreading that it will end soon. Dramas really should not condense 16 eps into 12 eps. Make the script suitable for 12 episodes instead of condensing them. Still one of the better dramas of 2026.

This drama is prelude to Pearl Novoland. The novel is mainly Pearl Novoland and the extra chapters are the prelude and our drama Chasing Dreams.

This and To the wonder are some of the best ethnic Chinese series I've seen till now. I first Saw Landy Li in The Starry Love and then she won me over with Angel Fall Sometimes and now this. She is becoming quite a formidable actress. Hope to see more of her projects in the future.

Have you seen the trailer of Husbands in Action? Gong Myoung will be delivering this year. I haven't seen anything particularly noticeable of him before, and now all of a sudden, all the good stuff has him involved.

Whatever it is, tomorrow will be a stressful episode. I also feel like the pharma stuff is connected to his mother.

That part just didn't register with me at all. I literally don't care about the company succession storyline. That part is a complete mess.

Both are incredibly toxic, though SFL is more so. Based on what’s been shown so far the SML doesn’t even seem capable of running the company. I was thoroughly enjoying the episode just for them to ruin it in the final minutes.

I have been skipping them from ep 5 onwards. Can't really understand what their point is. Both are just obsessed individuals who just can't seem to handle their emotions and actions. 2ML is starved for his father's attention and 2FL is starved for his attention, and both of them are targeting the wrong person for outbursts.

Jeong is morphing from a questionable character at the start of the series into a downright toxic one. Seriously, what’s she aiming for with this behaviour? And then there’s 2ML, a pathetic, misguided individual. Both are just plain awful.

True. I really wish they change that. Cause the last 2 chapters along with the characters, I also felt helpless. Fighting their fate would make a much more enjoyable story.

At the top of my head, the only one I can remember is Only for Love. If I remember more, will share here.

It will be too much if I spoil the story before the drama even airs even with the spoiler tag on. The novel is really short, just read it. I can guarantee you will enjoy it much more rather than me spoiling it here.

This drama is the last 7 extra chapters.

But it will still be worth it. The novel is extremely short with only 7 extra chapters from Novoland Pearl, so the production team will have ample chance to tweak the script but the ending will be same I think. I mean you can't really change the fate of Consort Shurong or in our case Tilan. But still watch it.

You know, this is honestly one of the better societal dramas I’ve come across. At first, the first few episodes might feel a bit slow—they’re just laying the groundwork, setting things up. But trust me, once the story hits its stride in the second half, it really pulls you in. Before you know it, you’re completely hooked and glad you stuck with it. Give it a try—you might end up loving it!
