It was cute. I like OffGun. I enjoy their acting no matter what they do and I like their chemistry. This story was alright, it was light and I think you have to be in the mood for something like this -- tbh I get tired of heavy, intense dramas and so this was refreshing. Not a 10/10 for me but 7.5. It's worth watching and sweet.
First of all, Phaya fell down but didn't die bcoz that amulet saved him most probably cuz it has wansarut's soul,…
I was feeling maybe it was something like that but I thought maybe I had missed something -- glad it wasn't just me lol. It's just an educated guess at this point I suppose since we still have another episode to go here. Thanks for sharing that.
Still loving this show and how fast paced and interesting it is. Not boring whatsoever!! Thank goodness!
But I was sort of confused with Phaya falling from the cliff in ep 11 and then the long-faced Doc (who I really dislike) showing up on the top of the cliff bringing Tharn back up as he almost falls too. The Dr and Tharn have that "you're mine and I'll kill anyone you love if you try to go back to Phaya" 'chat', they disappear and then suddenly Phaya and Tharn are in a cave now?? I feel like either something got cut out, I missed something or things aren't what they appear to be... anyway, still love it so I guess we'll see what happens.
Lol so happy to not see the long-faced doctor much this episode. He's so annoying to me lol. I completely understand Phaya. Things are really coming to a head! I love this show so much.
I understand what you are saying but TayNew still has the chemistry, they are portraying their characters really…
I'm enjoying it but I hear what you're saying. It's not a heavy romantic energy between them, some pairings really pull that off, others not so much (for me as well).
This show is so engaging. I feel like I just want to keep watching and always feel eager to watch the next episode. Grateful we get such an amazing show!!!
I always look forward to this show. This and Last Twilight are my reigning favourites at the moment! Love how unique this storyline feels and I always love supernatural elements in a BL story too.
I feel like I went into the series expecting a full course meal and I ended up with an appetizer that looked good but kinda tasted bland and overcooked.
Don't get me wrong, I loved Meen on screen and I genuinely feel he and Ping have great on-screen couple chemistry (they're so sweet and soft and have this hopelessly devoted vibe) and good kisses. But I felt like half the story was missing???
Especially that last episode, why did Wahl do this complete 180 out of nowhere? How did he come to realize he was ok with having Guy as just a friend and did he go through any inner growth to realize he was being a total piece of garbage to his so-called "best friend"? I was kind of hoping Guy would really stand up to him for his behaviour but I guess it was too much to ask for lol.
Oh well... lol still, Meen in those suspenders was a very enjoyable thing to see. I liked the action scenes too, they were legitimately fun. Also even though it's not everyone's cup of tea, I'm not that mad about Ping being a total damsel in distress lol. But, ngl, I liked him in Ai Long Nhai better where he had more sass and was actually much funnier (without trying).
I didn't love episode 3 but 4 was kind of cute. It's definitely a slow pace and I think you do have to be in the mood for it. Actually it's perfect for me because I feel like I'm always rushed lately so this slows me down haha.
Same. And agreed with everything. In my head I call Wahl "the walking red flag". Everything he does registers…
He just wants to "win" and own Guy and be the only one Guy pays attention to–likely just to boost his own ego. If Tew stayed away for good and Guy really chose Wahl, I can't see that he wouldn't go back to stringing Guy along leaving him just enough breadcrumbs to make him think he was being serious. In my opinion, he's a more devious character than the mafia "villains".

That said, I will now watch Ai Long Nhai again.
