In the newest BTS episode, Gun (the actor playing Kom) says his character is ten years older than him, which would make Kom 34 years old.
As far as I know, the show doesn't specify how old Baiboon is. We only know he's still studying, and Kamol asks him at some point which grade he is in, so presumably highschool (Baiboon didn't answer that). Highschool in thailand is 12-18 years old.
Someone in the comments mentioned Baiboon is meant to be 15 (most likely from novel) and Kom 30, but the show could have changed that. Personally, I'd bet Baiboon is around 16 and Kom 30+ . They most likely wouldn't make Baiboon younger than 15 (age of consent in thailand), just to be super safe. And since Gun said his character is much older than him (Gun is 24), I doubt Kom is less than 30.

The director of Triage and MoD is a director, screenwriter, producer and maybe even CEO employed by Studio Commuan, which is why they probably put his Triage and MoD projects into those playlists (even though the studio isn't credited for them officially imo). That's the most obvious connection I see between them.
But TV Thunder and Studio Commuan are two separate companies with their own separate projects. They might, in theory, work together on something, but TV Thunder isn't credited in any way for Wish You Luck (nor is Commuan Studio credited in any for either MoD or Triage) afaik. Both companies have lists of their works available on their websites, and there isn't an overlap in them by those series (Studio Commuan made mostly smaller projects and music videos, so I bet they would put something like MoD or Triage on their website if they had the rights).
So I doubt TV Thunder will have any active involvement in Wish You Luck (not that it really matters). If one studio was a subsidiary or official partner of the other, I would expect it to be mentioned on either of their official channels. But aside from Studio Commuan "sharing" some stuff from TV Thunder productions (like Triage post on fb or the trailers you found on their playlists), I couldn't find any official link between the two companies.
