I think Cherry likes P'Danai π€She just doesn't know it yet π
From what I know, they aren't actual siblings. They certainly don't behave like ones (isn't Cherry betraying P'Danai for Kamol? And Danai lowkey hitting on Cherry? Also, during the event, some rando told Cherry not to associate with Danai bcs of her father, but wouldn't it be Danai's father, too? Would they be half-siblings?)I heard somewhere that they are cousins, probably from novel reader. Hard to say if the drama is the same, though. Thai people use the brother/sister and other familial honorifics quite loosely π
I do think there's more to Pan's beginnings than they said.As for Rice - she was just checking him out, both alone…
"Pharaoh was very in tune with her - as she shot him this look - you know what to do - like they did it many times before. It might not be mistreatment but sending Pharaoh to scout / get to know him better so she would have another fresh meat in future to dangle in front of creepy sponsors."
Oh, they're totally playing him. I think she wants to her a new ship under her wings, so she's planning to pair Rice up with Pharaoh. Might even want Phara to seduce him so he's more docile. We don't know what Rice's been doing at the event, but if he's just a part of the staff/fan, it should be fairly easy to convince him to become a star πΆ
Second episode was also pretty good! Less smoke and more fire compared to the first one. Pan is an interesting character and Seng is doing a great job making me feel all that mess! Billy is good for the role, but his character (Nott) is kinda basic so far. Bew still cute!π€
But the problems of first episode remain. Texts are still not translated, some parts are taken to the extremes that make them unrealistic (why is everyone wowed by the ice? Are they on Sahara?! And the phone during shooting... ridiculous). I couldn't even attempt to write a full list of trigger warnings for this, so just be careful. And be prepared to tab out if it gets unbearable. I have a feeling that whatever they include, it will only get worse.
I was hoping the second ep would have less of the texting. I'm so disappointed because this looks so good, but…
This time the comments weren't as important - you can usually guess what they are saying. It's mostly just usual fan drama. But I agree it's a pain seeing it not translated, and looking up translations breaks the immersion/fluidity.
Theory time - When Pan was trying to get on the director good side while eating a meal and director (jacket really?…
I do think there's more to Pan's beginnings than they said.
As for Rice - she was just checking him out, both alone and with combination to Pharaoh. She might want to build them into a ship if the reception is good. I don't think she is gonna mistreat him, though (not more than any Pharaoh-level guy under her, at the very least).
"Don't touch the branded items." Girl, how? And I thought the other manager was causing problems.
Is ice some rare commodity in this universe or what?! First it was the water, then AC... must be hella hot in there π₯ [Or the production is seriously low budget, which I doubt]
Ok, so Nott is getting possessive jelly, and Pan doesn't like it. Back down, boy!
(Also, we stan that one comment that said: "Y girl knows the word consent" π)
Is Pan's manager trying to sabotage him so Pan stays in that old geezer's good grace? Why else would she be against Pan sucking up to the new director?
Something's telling me Pan's beginnings weren't as smooth as he's making it out to be.
Also, the new director is pretty cute! What horrible thing do we think he's hiding?
(comment : "If you don't like it, you don't have to watch it." - Oh my gosh is this person a fellow MDL user?! π€£π€£π€£ The show's too real π¦)
Pan is switching!!! Good for him, Nott was becoming a liability π₯°
Director just going with that 'virgin' BS because he has no time to argue.
I think Pan's manager is genuinely trying to protect him, because she knows he's bad with physical contact. Whether it's because she truly cares for him or just wants his 'nice image' to stay intact remains to be seen.
(Comment: "When will people understand that this is queerbating?" π¬π¬π¬)
I kinda agree with them, btw. Mafia babe 2 looks like pure smut at this point.
So Pan is playing his manager, too? Clever boy π [Or not? He's still a mystery]
I'm not blaming Bew, he's cute π€ But the four of them combined... Have they really thought they would help in that kind of situation?
Poor Pan πππ
That leather gloves clash hard with the rest of the outfit.
Why is the stylist there, and for free to boot? Are they going to some event and they "hired" the stylist? Also, wearing clothes your "co-star" wore before when together is sort of a faux pas imo. Especially in BL world.
Manager is switching, too?! I must admit though, Rice is cute (in an ordinary way)
"Sky" got the hint βΊοΈ
Pan looks like he's legit gonna faint.
Also, no one noticing that he's drenched in sweat is highly improbable π·
I can already feel the pain of Pan dumping Nott π
That said, love knows no bloodline β£

I normally use lens/google translate when watching, then I go looking for translations if I didn't understand something that looked important πΆ

Unofficially? Same as usual.
