This is a wonderful article! Thank you for writing and sharing it! (Currently watching Dr. Romantic 2 so it's…
You're more than welcome! Quite a lot are treated very well! I think they tend to do the research for the big things and from that they forget to do the smaller things that I've pointed out ><
Please, please do. It's a rareish chance you'll ever need to use it but it never hurts to learn these things. If possible, please do a first aid course ^^ I cannot stress how important it is for people to know the basics of first aid ><
Eons ago we used to poke fun at American soap operas for medical mistakes - the most common being no masks being…
I 100% agree (and I still poke fun at the Americans bc they still get basics wrong ><). House most definitely had so much research and I'm sure a proper team to sit and go through everything. HOUSE was so good I miss that show so much
Hi, I sort of scanned your article, but something popped out to me. I don't know when you wrote this article,…
Yeah I first started writing this when it was just "Wuhan Pnuemonia" and I missed that when scanning it back to submit it, thank you for pointing that out ^^ Completely missed it, and it wasn't my intention to potentially cause more issues, I apologise. I'll talk to the editors (once it's published, we can't edit articles), so I'll see if I can get someone to change it asap ^^
Impressive...reads like a medical dissertation, you really did your homework, thanks, a very good read.
Thank you! That's really humbling to hear ;; Yo're welcome! I truly hope you never need this article but I hope if you should need it, this article comes to mind and not the drama memories
The "lack of statement" was that he actually hasn't made a statement on this specific accusation not the inspiration…
I'm... what? I'm just saying that the line in the article that you were clarifying "oh actually he said this" is about the fact he hasn't made an actual statement... I know all this?
I feel your pain while watching medical mistakes on screen. I'm not a medical professional but worked for an aid…
Ah I just used 911 since most people recognise that, so they know what it is. I'll have a look at some emergency numbers I can add but if I add a few then I need to get an editor to add the majority/all of them ><
Let the games begin.I bet nobody could have dreamt that a depressing movie like "Parasite" would be accused of…
I appreciate "they sue us for stealing their movies" and as I'm writing it I'm just sat here like "well then why don't you get permission, in which most cases the director will actually work closely enough for their name to be put on paper which encourages fans of that director to come take a look at your film as well...."
Nice article you've got there!I always forget that people who doesn't work in the medical field might take advices…
Op sorry I kept meaning to reply to this and forgot ><
I think it does depend on the place because here, (unless out one surgery, wash off any blood traces, into another) they do the proper full scrub up, especially in the ER here, because you're dealing with so many different issues and such. A lot of doctors I know actually trim their nails down to the quick almost so there's no nail overlapping the top of their finger so they don't have to scrub under them and everything.
But even if not being scrubbing fiercefully, you're still meant to at least give the under of your nails a quick wipe and all. It's just irritating to see like doctors with long nails only doing the quick wipe and rinse of their hands before going into surgery like do u understaND
I remember when I was in high school they taught us cpr and basic life support (primo soccorso we call it in Italian).…
Depends on the school, unfortunately. I only grew up with this knowledge bc I was raised in a medical family. We have to pay to do first aid courses here (UK) and it honest to god sickens me. The amount of death calls I've had that could have been prevented if just one person had done a course but couldn't afford to is disgusting. If you're going to charge for them at LEAST make them affordable, you know?
My thoughts ? 20 years later people are still defending tarantino' rip off and dare says "reservoir dogs has nothing…
No one is saying you have to like Parasite or you're ignorant? Everyone has different movie tastes, even if you watch it and didn't like it bc its too Thriller for you that doesn't make someone ignorant

I appreciate this guy tho. Most people reading this news around the web watch movies illegally mostly. Not getting much revenue from this claim
