Calm down my friend. There are many of us like you who like ALP and were a bit disspointed in TLI, but all of…
I don't think people are wrong in expecting the sequels to live up to the main prequel. And as I said in my above comment that i don't completely agree on these stories being completely stand alone. For instance, if you have watched TLI, you would know that people critisized YuanQi heavily for his personality/decisions, but those who have watched ALP and knew what was his background like and what it takes to be a True god, never questioned his behaviour or decisions. And if you have noticed, there were no background reveal of any of the side characters in TLI who were important to the main story. Like Aunty Fox, FengYuan, not even Donghua, they even didnot think of revealing clearly how YuanQi ended up as GuJin. Hence, I will not blame anyone who expects TLI to live up to ALP or have connections with it. If you are making it a stand alone story then you need to give complete information needed for it to be a stand alone. If not, then do they think viewers would have dreams of the left out information? Same goes for Moon Mystique. If they are gonna say that it is a stand alone, then they better give complete information. Otherwise..... low ratings are an expected thing for *story*
Well if its not about Tianqi and linked to ALP and some different story but using that vague reference to pull…
Calm down my friend. There are many of us like you who like ALP and were a bit disspointed in TLI, but all of them are stand alone stories. Like even if one doesn't watch the prequel still will be able to *somewhat*(lol) understand the sequel, Even though I don't completely agree on that thing. Our old TianQi can never be replaced. LiuXueYi has our ultimate heart for that. But since all the three of these adaptions are not produced by the same team/platform, they have changed names due to copyrights. Heard that here TianQi's name is gonna be JingYuan- which was his alias in ALP, and from the trailer, FanYue seems to have that mischeivous personality that of TianQi. Let's hope for the best🙂
I am never sad for something getting spoiled. I actually search for spoilers for every drama i watch. hehe. I wasn't aware of FengLong's ending. so this was new for me
I think the lines that JCT says here are his last words for XY. Those lines are too similar to miss to that of his last letter to XY in the novel. Anybody noticed it?
Atleast for me dramas are escaping aids from reality. I just finished part 1 of this. I really don't have any courage for 2nd part anymore. I have watched three dramas back to back where FL ends up marrying someone else and weird endings. Scarlett Heart Ryeo, Lost you forever, and now this one- My dearest. For someone who loves xianxias, these were just unbearable. 🙂 I just want a xianxia to survive now. My watchlist is mostly filled with unreleased dramas. I am really suffering for nowðŸ˜
This is me😂. Cdramas are on a whole different level when it comes to political warfare or war for throne. They are intense, they make both the sides clever and make us use our brain to think what really is happening. But then again they are just based on novels or script mostly without having anything to do with real history. Dramas like this, where it comnects some parts of real history are always heart wrenching to watch, and i always thank god for making me live in this 21st century. Even My country has so many wars like this in its history. They are unbearable to even think of.
They were unbearable, ofcourse i would skip it. And why would you not say your opinion just coz somebody else may act up. Just don't care about it. Not everybody likes everything. That's normal.
i just find out that LYF2 is now facing a new drama 😂😂no offence but the only thing i do not like in LYF…
I have made similar comment like this under S1. I have really fast forwarded their scenes. So yeah, this real life drama that's going on really doesn't make any sense to me😂. If at all anything like this had to happen, it must have been JCT fans not DW's. LOL
I think some people enjoy it because it IS a man doing the awful stereotypical things we see women doing these…
Exacccccctly. How can we both have exact same opinions😂. But we may end up with both pathetic and tragic endings. If XL is gone that would be a tragic one and if XY end up with TSJ it would be pathetic. And if drama has the same ending as novel then that's a lottery. we would see both pathetic and tragic ends
Its 11.50 AM now, I have been crying for the last 2 hours going through the discussion board for XL and XY. My eyes are hurting so bad. For real, people who have read the novel are warriors. I couldn't read the parts of novel mentioned there without getting a headache. Now that i can guess what will happen in S2, I don't think i can muster up courage to watch S2 after it airs.
After watching all 39 eps patiently, I can only say...XiangLiu carried the whole drama on his shoulders, while…
And for this "chemistry", DengWei's fans are going crazy and creating troubles for season 2 ????? This is utterly RIDICULOUS. If it was TanJianCi's fandom then atleast it would have made sense🤣
Same goes for Moon Mystique. If they are gonna say that it is a stand alone, then they better give complete information. Otherwise..... low ratings are an expected thing for *story*
