It literally means big sister/eldest sister but in Li Xun's case, he used it as if to say "giiirl" or "giiirl please *roll eyes*' some thing like that! LOL It was said in a joking and sarcastic manner.

Yeah! A lot of the times the english subtitles make it seem like he's being rude but he was just being sarcastic.

When LiXun called Zhu Yun '大姐' I laughed my arse off. I just love his lines, it is just sarcastic, perfection and hilarious all at once.

Omg, you described it perfectly! I love that they haven't showed much romantic moments yet its all in the eyes! They have literal heart eyes for one another in the latest episodes.

ep 12 is so full of fluff, cuteness and sweetness but we haven't gotten anything romantic yet but damn this such an amazing drama. I love the slow pace, its very realistic!

I'm sorry, but are we watching the same drama? LOL Its a slow pace drama, so it will take time for the leads to build chemistry esp in a romantic way. The Li Xun and Fang Shu Miao comparison has to be a hyperbole, right? They have absolutely no chemistry and interactions. The chemistry between the leads on the other hand are amazing, even as friends because of how much they care for one another in their own subtle ways. Zhi Yun's care is quite out there whereas Li Xun's is miniscule but there.

The grandpa wouldn't have died if they had rails on his bed to prevent him from falling. Other than that, I like this drama because you can feel the emotion pain these patients are going through. It just feels realistic. Plus the fact that Xiao Yan is the doctor who truly cares for her patients in her own way, she understands them and tries her best to care for them. Meanwhile, Bai Shu is getting on my nerves as if he can't learn from another doctor and always diminishing Xiao Yan's abilities. Well, I'm only on ep 3 thus far and that's what I got from his personality.

Honestly, so far I feel like the female lead is just acting on emotional feeling rather than practical sense. Ever since Li Xun told her and Gao that their format wasn't good enough, it just went downhill. She didn't think about what Li Xun was saying, just straight supported her friend to boost his ego. Its the same here, she's mad that all their hardwork is going uncredited in the end, but what can you do? Don't make things worse than it already is, just trust Li Xun for god's sake. lol
