I dropped Someday or One Day but I have to say I felt more things in the original than the korean remake. I can't even watch more than two episodes because there is no chemistry or tension between the characters.
I don't like men like Gwanhee. I can assume why he thinks and behaves like he does but to me he's emotionally immature and a jerk. I was glad that Hajeong told him how disrespectful he behaved and called him a few times out. At the same time I was a bit frustrated with Hajeong when she apologized to him. Imo she didn't need to because she only stated facts and this guy needs a reality check. But I can't blame the three girls for having feelings for him. You start to paint the red flags pink when you like someone. Guys like Gwanhee know how to make the girls hook up on him. Hands down to Gyuri for not giving him a chance.
Overall I like that they changed a lot of things in this season. It's way better than the first two seasons. My favs are for sure Jinseok and Hajeong. I also enjoy Dex as a host. It was a good choice to make him a part of the hosts.
I don't feel the romance between all the characters... this could've been way better if they included more fantasy and likeable characters. I'm not fond of anyone in this drama. The two-timing was unnecessary and the FL a bit selfish. Dopping it at episode 8. Can't bother anymore.
Suzy looks stunning in this drama. I love everything so much about her here - from her hair to her style. Black hair suits her the best for sure. Also the atmosphere and scenery are amazing! Plus I loved the chemistry between the leads. You felt the deep emotions. But I have to say Yira kinda annoys me with her loud personality. Her and her friends are annoyingly loud... make my ears bleed.
But I have to say... it was kinda hard to watch when the ML looks similiar to someone I had a situationship with and recently broke the contact off. It was a bit hard to watch their sweet scenes because it reminded me of the time with him. This drama does have a good message I empathize with at the moment because I'm in a similar situation as Doona. Except there is no Won Joon in my life haha I think because of that I cried a lot during this drama. The end is pretty realistic and I'm satisfied with it.
Could have been shorter... idk about the action as a genre. Wouldn't say there was any action. The murder didn't make any sense and seemed forced to make the plot a bit more interesting. He was the most useless murder I've seen so far in a kdrama. They didn't even tell us anything about him. He seemed just to randomly kill people. Could've been better overall. I was a bit disappointed because the start seemed promising. I don't think a rating of 8.9 is justified at all.
Nothing compares to the manga... I felt so many things reading the manga. Also loved the anime. Every live adaptation fails to convert the deep emotional feelings. But I have to say lookswise the actors look like they came out straight of the manga! Especially Kou.
I'm at episode 5 and already bored. Can't imagine this going on for 11 more episodes. Might drop it. Sadly I don't feel the romance and I'm not fond of the second male leads personality at all.
Episode 13 and it's getting draggy af. I binged 11 episodes and it seemed promising that it won't drag too much to the end but man was I wrong... Less romance, more horror or action and cut it to 12 epsiodes would have been better. Lee Rang stole the show imo. He was the character who had the most depth.
I'm at episode 7 and I have to say I like this waaaay more than Strong Woman Bong Soon. I was hesitant to watch this drama because I disliked the previous one a lot. I seriously don't know why so many people like Bong Soon till this day because the humour is really bad and the plot was a mess. Strong Woman Kang Nam Soon does have its cringe moments like Bong Soon but this performed way better in every aspect than Bong Soon imo. I had very low expectations for Nam Soon so maybe this is why I think it's better. But so far I actually enjoy it. I also love the outfits of the female leads!
I know I rated this drama a solid 8.5 back then but I just came back here because I can't get this out of my head. I guess it has been two years since I finished it? This has everything I enjoy in a drama. Good comedy, great chemistry between all the characters, good romance (a bit lacking here but oh well), good story line/plot that doesn't drag after you watched half of the show, not many or no plot holes and a somehow good ending. Yet I haven't seen a drama in this genre that could top A Korean Odyssey. I actually quite miss the characters. I love dramas with Lee Seung Gi so much. Absolutely one of my favorite actors.
I haven't finished it yet but damn - there is no chemistry between the main leads. I'm actually more excited so…
After one more episode I don't think I can continue seven more episodes. It got so draggy and tiring to watch. So many plot holes, too many back and forths between the main leads, romance feels flat, no other side storys or plots besides her cancer and the love triangle. I actually binged and enjoyed the first couple of episodes. Kinda sad that it turned out like this after 8 episodes because it has been a while that I felt like binging a drama.

At first I thought this would be way more dramatic but it's actually pretty boring. I can't bring myself to watch the last 6 episodes. I don't care how she died because I don't really like the FL. No one in this drama really stands out or is likeable.
The story is up my league but I can't continue and idk why. I'm stuck at ep 5. It's somehow boring? I'm dropping it for now. I'm stuck at this series for too long now and didn't make any progress. It's time to move on.

The ratings should be way higher
