I enjoyed this musical a lot even tho I'm not into musicals that much. Great message and it's for sure a great watch for a day! I recommend it :)

I won't trust MDL ratings ever again.
I started watching some high rated dramas and dropped almost all of of them or rated them low.
I guess I like different dramas than most ppl here.

I have to say this is such a lowkey drama. Nothing remarkable about it. I enjoyed the first 5 episodes but after that the FL and her best friend annoyed me, especially when it started to get serious. I really don't like those kind of FLs who always run away and feel like they're not worthy of the ML (bc he's rich) and it KEEPS on going for so many episodes. Also the constant lies were unnecessary. I didn't like that the FL kept on lying.

If you like 2010 rom-coms, then go for it.
It gives you exactly the vibe of a 2010 rom-com but made not as cringey or annoying.

Idk what to think about this series... it's kinda boring and slow but at the same time it's not? It takes me too many weeks to just finish one epsiode and idk why. I guess it's not my cup of tea.

So I wonder if anything is going to happen soon? I'm at episode 6 and nothing really happens. They just talk. I'm getting bored. Will it get better? Or do they still keep talking for the rest of the episodes?

I have to agree with most of the comments that it's not as thrilling anymore after the first 5-6 episodes. Could've been shorter for sure. They could've cut so many flashbacks. Idk how often they showed the same scene. But I do like the storyline.
Also the married couple don't really feel like they're actually married or even in a relationship. I'm not fond of any of the characters in this series. Besides that it's a good watch for a weekend.

This!! I agree with your opinion 100 %. It would have been waaaay better if there was another subplot. I do enjoy the main leads a lot. Would've enjoyed it if it was more focused on them than this nonsense with the kidnapper and foolish police who can't do their job right.

The only good thing about this drama is the cute chemistry between the two leads. Even tho it's sometimes cringe. I love they way he looks at Bong Soo. It makes even me smile through the screen. Also can we talk about how good Park Hyung Sik looks in a suit??

I think this drama would've worked well as a rom-com office/business drama. They tried to fit too many genres in this drama. The gang and teenagers were only funny at first. The crime/thriller plot is not well thought through and somehow boring. It could've either be a romance crime-thriller or a rom-com office drama. But mixing both of them makes it a mess. They should've focused on one thing then maybe my rating would've been as high as the MDL rating.
Also idk why but the background music kinda irritated me. I always thought someone was ringing a bell.

In conclusion I think this drama is waaaay too high rated.

Am I the only one who thinks the police is useless in this drama? They literally don't do anything to stop the abductions. They could just patrol the neighborhood at night. I don't get why they don't do that.
Also why the heck did they let Bong Soon's friend go home alone at night when they know the kidnapper is still out there??? Like wth? This was so stupid smh. Also how Bong Soon lost her powers. Makes literally no sense. There were so many scenes where I facepalmed because of the stupidness of some characters.

Another thing I didn't like was the behaviour of Bong Soon's mother towards Min Hyuk. Even if he was gay, her words and advice to Bong Soon is inappropriate and disgusting imo. This didn't sit right with me as a LGBTQ person myself. This drama is definitely not LGBTQ friendly. Throughout this drama it seems like they either make fun of them or don't take them seriously.

This was a mediocre drama. After a week I forgot I was watching this drama.
There is nothing remarkable about it.
Also I hate how they never explained the past of Santa and K and who Santa actually is. They left so many plot holes in their characters. Such a disappointment in this aspect.

The first episode is a mess. They jump from scene to scene really fast that I can't keep up with the story. I didn't know what they were doing and why. I'm glad that only the first episode is a mess. It gets better after that.
So far I like K more than Inspector Koo even tho she's a murderer. Her character is more enjoyable to watch. Also I really love her outifts!

The kiss scene is *chefs kiss*

Okay so final update: I'm dropping this at episode 10. I don't think it's worth watching. You won't regret never watching this drama tbh. It's not that interesting. FL is always running away from the ML. I do understand why she keeps running away from him but it's tiring to watch. Romance is kinda corny. And again the SL is such an asshole. I dislike him.
It's still not that bad as everyone says but it's somehow boring. I can't seem to care about the plot nor the characters.

I need to rant about a thing:
WHAT THE HELL IS WRONG WITH THE SECOND LEAD LIKE HOW CAN YOU THREATEN AND BULLY A GIRL THAT YOU LIKE???? LIKE WHAT. WHAT'S HIS PROBLEM OMG.
He makes me so mad. I really hate the fact that they made him a bully. And a big ass jerk.

Anyway I'm almost halfway through and I don't think it's THAT bad.
