Liu Xue Yi is such a good actor but I really need to watch him in something where he's not the villain. He's too good at that. Is this drama worth the watch or are there too many misunderstandings?
I found the backstory for the villain to be too lacking for the level of evil and plotting he portrayed, which…
I have several questions though: 1. How did LZS go from beggar to criminal mastermind? 2.How did he come to mistake Gu Jiusi's father as his own? 3. Why did Gu langhua seem to recognise LZS? 4. Gu langhua's death was too glossed over 5. Where did Yuru's stepmom go and what happened to the other brother and sister? 6. I was not happy they killed the zhuo family, but i understand why they killed them for the plot 7. Jiang he and LZS relationship in the "3" years was so ambiguous to me.
Maybe some of the things went over my head, but these questions brought down the rating I would have given it. It was good, had a happy ending but I would not rewatch. 7/10

I found the backstory for the villain to be too lacking for the level of evil and plotting he portrayed, which is deal breaker for me. The chemistry was good between ML and FL, not the sizzling hot kind I like but ok
THAT WAS AMAZEBALLS!! the story built up momentum in a very natural way and there was no irrational heartbreak or clear cut betrayal so typical in xianxia dramas. The last few episodes also helped heal the frustrations I felt in earlier episodes. 10/10
I don't know why I spent so long overlooking this drama, maybe it was the synopsis? despite being 10 years old it's still very much enjoyable. I'm glad I gave it a chance
There was something to be said along the lines of "it's about the journey not the destination" but there was no…
this person has a dramalist updated with too many dramas on the same day. Most of their ratings are also low. Why keep watching kdrama if you hate them? A professional hater bot?
contrary to all the haters, I actually enjoyed this story. It was, in my opinion, a portrayal of an adult relationship and various challenges one might face albeit with a "dramatic" twist. I enjoyed how it was made and the presentation. I'm glad I decided to finally watch it. It's not THE BEST SERIES EVER, but I don't see why it garnered so much hatred and such a low rating here.
people love coming on this website and writing think pieces about actors who have been in the business since before many of them were even born. One would swear that these people have some profound understanding of what it takes to create a drama. as if they have the credentials to judge. either you like it or you don't. There's no need to insult the actors.
fun drama, cute dogs, and many plotholes. Still recommend it of you're in the mood for a light nonsensical watch. Thoroughly enjoyed it but was a bit longer than necessary, 12 episodes would've sufficed.
I really wanted to enjoy this drama, but the pacing was so slow, it's a bit too gloomy for my tastes and the chemistry between the leads was lacking. I don't think I'll be able to finish it 🙃
