after completing this drama, I don't see what all the fuss is about being a very liberal person myself particularly sensitive to demeaning comments. perhaps it's a cultural difference that prevents me from understanding where everyone is coming from. Misogyny in my understanding is hatred for or prejudice against women because they are women. In this drama the ML are acting all ridiculous because of an altercation they had with FL in the beginning. Yes, there were some biases that were clearly shown to be unacceptable however imo it didn't warrant such a response. Misogyny isn't the problem with this drama, character development was poor and the story line was all over the place.

Contrary to all the negative comments, the behaviours of these male characters are typical, especially when men hang in a group. I think people don't like it because it's a harsh reality to face and we watch fiction to escape reality.

it is really annoying when you don't Know what the actors real voice sounds like, which is fine for lesser known actors. An actor of his level shouldn't have to outsource his voice work. I hated the legend of anle, but my disdain was made worse because they used a different actress to dub dilreba's character 🚮

I've heard something similar to this before, but I don't believe it's a good enough reason. I stand to be corrected but aren't the Chinese the only ones who practice this? Surely they can find someone to fill the role who fits the criteria or the actor can fake the accent like western actors do.

I'm never going to understand why they do that.

honestly was too long, and a bit draggy. Had potential to be awesome but in the end was just meh. Not the worst thing I've ever watched 6.5/10

I wish I knew this before I watched it because it's so infuriating. Also as a general rule, I tend to avoid dramas based on real figures because they are always a bummer

It started off great, a nice light watch but the story delves deeper into the politics and becomes more serious. Fine. But I found it unnecessary that the couple didn't share ANY of what they were planning with each other, I know it's fiction but please it lead to unnecessary drama. ALSO that ending was shit. The king and that evil prince deserved to die, how can you leave a person who can kill anyone to achieve their goals on the throne and say "they lived happily ever after"??? even if that prince wasn't looking for nok du anymore and decided to leave them alone, that ending was completely unnecessary

me a 27 years isn't old for college, and calling someone @ 27 "old" is a bit much. Just say you think a teenager would've been more appropriate, no need to be unpleasant

I loved this drama so much LMH has really improved his acting. Such a shame negligence caused it to be banned in South Korea
