Keep history dignity ?, nah nah there are so much more horrible happenned in Chinese history and they have been in drama and literature all the time, no one hide them. Portray a bad emperor, concubine remarried, and anti-imperial ? no problem at all. I think the main problem here is "eunuch", yeap ! Not saying eunuch's love. Eunuch alone is sensitive topic.. They've been treat very badly after the fall of last imperial dysnasty. They've been always portrait as third genre, evil, sweet talking, the one who control the emperor, a freakish symbols of the feudal regime...etc.. There is no lead role or film about eunuch in a good way. ( name one for me ?! ). So a drama about eunuch, already enough to make the board of censor roll their eyes. He's fake, oh, but no body knows. Another problem I keep thinking is the FL love ML no matter what, she keeps repeating it a lot of time, even without children, they just want to spend their life together. In an expand thought, it can be LGBT, it can be childless, a lot of young pp can think this way, just love whoever you like, that's not smth will be promoted. If this drama was changed to love between a concubine and a general , there will be no controversy at all, no one bored to cut a second.
Not just 1 star but the percentage of 2 stars is rising too, a lot of comment in reviews section are seriously hard to hear :/ where are such so much haters , haizzz.... Even I don't like something, I barely give them 1 star.

It was refused 2 times already, everyone think it couldn't pass, then finally it can past the review late December. When u submit for the review, they told u to cut this scene, cut that scene, burry this or that, then you just follow. You cut or don't broadcast, it's all.
