It's very simple, those pp like empress or the current emperor doesnt love anyone. They think they are noble and have power, they can have anything they want, pp must kneel infront of them, obey them, but then they was refused in very hard way, so they became mad. Their obsession just want to show power, ownership. They want to win. If XD or YL easily accept them, they will no longer have that obsession, or may be move to another target.

In drama those pp who barely has any role usually the one who died. Actually this drama has a lot of death already.

Who dared to do that ? is it another way to make those pp in censorshi p bureau angry .

I don't know eng version, but the drama is not following exactly the novel, and the novel is not so good either. I haven't read them.

but drama is different with novel, or web novel ( whatever :), it can be really emotional

Don't question English name of Chinese drama, hahaha, they are nothing close to the title in Chinese. All of them need to have the word "love" somehow.

I have nothing out of my faith in our couple. hahaha they will not easy misunderstand each other, right. What make me like this drama is bc the theme , the setting , so does their unique ML and Fl character. They are not the same as other drama's character. I think they will find their way back together very quickly. When XDi s so angry, it's not bcs he is angry at YL, but himself, he feels powerless, and can not protect her. That's just my prediction. Let's see if my faith is right tomorrow :)
To be honest, I'm very disappoint that the drama need to be cut here and there, but after reading it had difficult problem to broadcast, I even support it more. Now I don't care about the rating, how hater talk about it, is it a hit or famous or not. I just simply enjoy it.

Nothing else we can do. They can't film new standard scenes to fill up all cutting scenes, right ? The more u wait , the more complicated the rules are, the more it became difficult to pass, or they can not aired it at all. Yesterday, the novel's author also said in weibo that just enjoy what you have now, don't like then don't watch, can aired already good enough. I saw pp said that from now on, the industries may film multi version of the drama, then ask for review, which version they can use. By that, it can have better prodution.

All drama has villian, if not what else to see here. Bad guys doesn't mean bad drama. Infact, the more evil they are, the more the drama become good, as it add more conflit to the plot. Ep 21-22 was good . I feel it short.
