While he was on a company paid MBA in New York, he also got a Film School degree. The Film degree was probably paid for by mom, but it seems to be against the rules of the company.
They said it was embezzlement, but that doesn’t make sense if the company’s money was not used for the non-business degree.
Why it’s against the rules to pursue something on your own time doesn’t make sense to me…. There was a lot of disagreement here as too as to why GJ was in trouble, but he signed an agreement to that effect.
So GJ is kind of, well is, screwed and unemployed and has to pay a huge penalty! Hope this helps….

I think DR is less worldly than her siblings because she was sheltered and didn’t work outside the family dry cleaning business. So she is a bit overly ‘innocent’.
Her siblings, I think, resented her b/c the mom focused (naturally) on DR because of her vision issue. That’s the mom’s doing not DR’s. When mom tried to get money for the eye surgery, DR apologized and only wanted to get along with them.
I don’t remember DR being aggressive or super confrontational toward them. Am I miss something? I’m not arguing just asking…
Yes, it seems to be a new format. Hopefully less filler & faster pace!?! A lot of people freak out at 50 episodes… (typical for some weekender / family series) Which is a big jump from traditional 16. And lately - even less than that.
I feel bad for EHD. 😢 How long do you do around until you get an ultrasound? What’s with the wait and see attitude when a baby (fetus) may be dying? And the pos father is an ob-gyn.🫣
