The chairwoman blames Audrey for her son’s death because he was looking for Audrey (his wife). Who was it that exiled Audrey in the first place? If mama chairwoman didn’t send her away (her) son wouldn’t have died looking for her.

One think that bothers me that you wrote about is DR’s aunt (Mi Yeon)and the way her parents treat her like dirt! I just don’t get that at all! Is their treatment of her okay in Korean society? While I understand this is a fictional drama, their treatment of their daughter comes from something true in the real world.
And you’re right her ex husband cheated and wants to start a new family so her leaving wasn’t exactly her choice. Why would you want your daughter to stay in a relationship like that? You know the grandma would literally kill grandpa (Mi Yeon‘s mom & dad) if he cheated. LoL!
Also if they’re upset she didn’t bring their grandson with her, they should have told her they could help her pay for the private school etc….
I’m pretty sure, based on “Kdrama law” the custodial parent must provide for the child’s financial needs. There is no mention of child support in KDramas usually.
