Definitely a good Kdrama, very unique and for someone (me) that likes a happy ending… challenging.
It was done well & it provided a more ‘realistic’ ending. Perhaps it would have benefited from a 10th episode? As at times a bit confusing, for me anyway.
Speaking of confusion, two questions please answer if you have time…
1. Was MJ’s father a spy or was he tortured to saying he was?
2. The woman the FL’s husband had the affair with… HanNa:> How or when did she become a MJ supporter or at least less hostile? She and her son were in the underground church with MJ. >
Why did she say MJ’s husband never loved her? That was much different than her ep 5 statement. Thank you in advance!

I’ve said SeRi was guilty of hurting MiSo and should face consequences. But she didn’t kill her. Lucia, or whatever her Korean name used to be missed the signs of MS’s downward spiral wasting time trying to get The Mins to be human. And it’s amazing how different SeRi is with love and nurturing in her life. Like a different person. 🤔

Agreed, I know it’s fiction and no where near realistic fiction, but they might as well allow the lawyer (SJ) to have X-ray vision & the ability to fly! While most of the time the protagonists/leads can’t figure out how to open a child proof lid even if they work together! And Stella this “bad a**” woman they just opens the door and doesn’t bother to call the police while it takes his time going through her room. 🫣
I absolutely loved the ending. It wasnt the typical happy or tragic conclusion but one that perfectly matched…
I have never thought of an ending the way you put it. I always avoid sad or ambiguous endings because they are too much like real life. While I’d prefer a happy ending, I will watch the final 2 episodes this evening with your words in mind.

I’m not sure where this story is going with over 40 episodes to go! After what looked like an old fashioned “pillow fight” with feathers flying in the lobby between the woman and a fight that neither guy got hit… I’m not sure how much sadder it can get!?! 😆
