Did you think the mother(FL) should have called the father when the daughter was in the ER wanting her dad?I have…
Agree, Agree, Agree!
Yes dad ruined everything! And he is very selfish. I’m not a mental health professional so I don’t know if he’s a narcissist or any other label, but being intimate with you affair partner in front of your child has to be psychologically damaging!
Though the mom was neglectful, it wasn’t intentional, well maybe, but not malicious.
As far as your comment about the daughter being selfish, she is still young and hurt and injured… and her dad was the one there for her through everything! Even her first period which is a great way to take care of your daughter, but very telling.
She is not yet in middle school so with everything she’s gone through… maybe selfish is not correct (imo). She is often more mature than the adults and she’s really still a child.
Ep11 - FL & daugter story is written so good and detailed, I think the best I've seen since a very long time.…
Did you think the mother(FL) should have called the father when the daughter was in the ER wanting her dad?
I have mixed feelings: 1. It’s too soon for FL to separate herself from feeling inadequate as a mom. So she wasn’t ready to reach out to dad and maybe be blamed for the daughter’s injury?
2. It would have been a great healing moment for the daughter that both her parents will work together to take care of her even though they are divorced. They didn’t divorce her (the daughter).
This is really a wonderfully written show with a strong cast. The actor playing the daughter has some great skills along side of veteran actors!
I like watching the shows on air (personal opinion) there is something to look forward to for a few weeks, and…
Even though I “hate” the weekly wait when watching shows on air - it’s really nice to be able to discuss the show while waiting for the next episode! Even if you don’t like everyone’s opinions it’s still nice most of the time to share thoughts! When I first started watching Kdramas, I had no one to discuss the shows with, or answer questions when I didn’t “get” something! That’s because the show could be years old already. 🤔 Yes it’s nice to be able to watch the whole series…except for binging and not sleeping too much! But I miss the interaction with other watchers of the show! All this is just my opinion… no judgment for others opinion as I’ve done both Watch on air & when completed. 🫣
I rewatched this drama so many times - at first absolutely hated Gi Seok character, then I felt sorry for him…
Regardless if someone says the relationship is over, the other person can’t say it isn’t.
I know that’s simplified. The couple should discuss but if one party is DONE there’s really nothing else to do but break up. You can’t force as someone to love you!
I'm not sure about how they're gonna be handling the subplot of FL being wanted out of the company, it seems a…
I believe the screenwriter is a lawyer, maybe she has personal experience with the “being asked to open your own firm” scenario? I’m thinking it will be well written no matter what the outcome is…
I'm on episode 35 and I'm watching slowly until all episodes are released, can someone let me know which episode…
Hi, It was after the Olympic break. Maybe late 30’s early 40/41. I’m on the mobile app… If you are on the web version… check the episode guide to see when the episode were broadcast. I’ll double check this evening!
I agree with your statement! I didn’t find OSN to be a comedy of any percentage. Maybe Rom/Melodrama… with a sprinkle of comedic moments. The FL’s younger sister was comedic relief a couple times…🤔 I loved the leads in OSN and LND. I’m hoping that LND will have a happier /definitive ending that’s positive for the leads and second leads, too.
While the acting is great I mostly want to be happy watching it 75% of the time! (Angry, sad & frustrated 25% of the time!)
So many acronyms to learn!
If I were young, I guess I’d already know!?!
Thank you again!
😊

Other than that tiny point we totally agree!
😊

All in all though it was a great watch!

Also look at the family dynamics the FL grew up with… and the issues her sisters have, especially the oldest (😥😡🫣)
Sometimes you meet the right “one” at the wrong time.
I think the ml likes her from moment one, but in SK being single with a child is like you are a leper. So he’s cautious… Very cautious.
And the father forcing the FL to marry… yikes! That culture is difficult for a western to digest. 😞
I’m thinking it will be well written no matter what the outcome is…

As they say in SK: “Fighting”!

(sorry to ramble 🫣)
OSN certainly had much more angst, but an excellent drama!
LND is really a great watch!
The one playing the FL has been in a few Kdramas and is a good actor, too!
(Marry My Husband)
I think he’s a good actor since I despise the character!!! 😊🤔🫣
