Honestly, ml turning evil is very understandable. He’s been ridiculed, bullied, harassed mentally, physically and emotionally, starved and wronged. If I were him, I would kill everyone too if I were him. The hatred he has inside for everyone is very justifiable and understandable. That aside, Luo fits this role very much. He’s slim enough to play the sickly role and I always thought he’s great at playing angst. He’s also good at playing the moody character.

ok, one of the complaints I have for this drama is the abrupt sharpt editings. The transitions aren't smooth in some scenes. It just cuts so sharply and it's onto a different scene or scenario.

LC knows the hardship it is to be a soldier's wife, so he gave her an out. He didn't want her to suffer, but she understood his side of the work and was set on marrying him. Once, they agreed on it, he literally just zooms in and say when they can get marry.

This drama has very mature and realistic topics, for instances in ep 15 when they talked about marrying him as a soldier. It delves into the topic of being an army wife, where there's a chance the husband can die in service and being constantly apart like long distance relationship.

speaking of her finding someone, did you hear about the ridiculous rumor that 7 is married with a wealthy business man...who is really ugly and a decade older than her. It's such a ridiculous rumor, like so fake. Her studio came out to clear her name that rumors are fake.

I watched her starting on First female prime minister. And I liked the drama. I also watched her when she started on Pearl Princess. But yes she really did lose her baby cute face look. So she can fit into those serious roles

She was pretty popular before she got together with her ex. But, yes she always was with a company so she had resources

Yes, I totally agree with you on this! She does the cute, quirky role so well, she really is type casted. Hence, why she's taking on these more mature, female entrepreneur roles to vy away from the cute roles. I think she's slowly being accepted and acknowledge for these roles she plays. It's definitely a long and grueling process. Sometimes, I wish she would just take a traffic drama and just be done with it to get to the height of the fame, then switch to more serious roles. Similar to what ZLY did, I think that's a solid route ZLY did.

I feel like they are just so in love and enormed with each other after a decade apart. Mind you, even with them back together, they aren’t together 24/7 bc of his profession. They are still majorly apart. This drama also depicts their own mature growth. Their love is just as pure as when they first started in their youth. What’s changed is the understanding of each other, especially the fl. It’s to also show being a wife of a soldier is hard. An army wife has her husband away more than not, she has to be independent, even giving birth alone. Back then, she complained him always being unavailable, now she understands and just goes to her day to day work.

I don't meant this in any bad way. So, chill. I find she's a great actress, but realistically if she continues the bubbly character, she's type casted. You are already type casting her by saying she suits the bubbly cute quirky role. You think I don't know that it fits her??! But, it's not going to help her career, hence why she strayed away from it to more modern-serious roles. Such as the ones she took to celebrate China's history/propaganda. She has a clear view of which route she wants to go and I respect her for that. When I say "proper" actress, I meant the actresses that only focus on acting like SunLi, Yan NI etc. Not the traffic stars.

it's not like the leads are together 24/7 in the script, there's plenty of solo ml scenes, so xk can always film those.
