I’m sooo annoyed. During iqiyi conference, cy’s drama had an MV so it was over 2mins long for the presentation. Bailu and Joseph even had both actors present and yuzheng there to promote, and there’s xy with the presenter fumbling with her 26 sec intro for the presentation. Ugh 😑

I’m so jealous and super duper annoyed. Most iqiyi dramas and other platforms have released their mvs. Also the poster is lackluster. I was hoping for something more, and their individual posters is just a zoom in poster of the group poster 😭

I feel like it may be because it's suppose to air on tv (cctv?). They are finding a tv slot, so perhaps will have mass promotion then? I believe tsy's drama, fly to you, was similar. It was very secretive, and only started releasing promo near airing date. tsy's tv dramas always does well, so I'm not worried about this one.

Your comment did come off as rude (which I'm sure you were just curious and really wanted answers). It's the internet, and we are missing facial expressions and tone of voice so it's all about perception. I would've worded your questions differently. Fans can get defensive because they are protective of their own idol. Sometimes, when I'm curious of other celebrities, I try to make it known I'm really just curious and I meant no harm, and usually other fans are nice to explain. But I am curiour as to how you found out about TSY? Did you watch a drama of hers or saw she was affiliated with another actor/actress?

You may not know tsy (Tan Song Yun), and wonder who is this girl? Not being racist or anything, but especially since you are of white background and probably don't have access to chinese apps or know how to read Chinese. A way for Chinese celebs to gain popularity and spot light is to join reality and variety shows. That almost always works out, however tsy almost never joins reality or variety shows. She has slight social anxiety, and it's her own rule that she will only appear in an ep or two of these shows if there's someone she's familiar that's also either a permanent member or also a guest on the show, and show only appears just to promote her drama. She's also very low key, her life revolves in acting (work), rest and travel and being with her family. Once she finishes filming a drama she goes MIA and resurfaces when needed (usually to promote her drama or to start filming another). She's also known not to do cp hype, so that also lessens exposure.

She has this many flowers bc viewers and passerbys acknowledge her acting skills. We know public like her and her dramas have great result because none of her dramas are shelved. Her drama typically gets aired within a year after completion of filming, and she has at least 1-2 dramas aired.

You can try her older dramas. Palace was good and it was one of the OG time travelling dramas. She was in legend of condor hero 2008 and she played the spoiled rich lady that chopped off ml's arm.

What I could read was xy walking through the portal and she came back from 10,000 years from the past. Soo I feel like maybe Ning An’s soul is xy’s. So that could mean that ml loved xy all along, from past present and future. I didn’t try reading more since I didn’t want to spoil myself. Also don’t ask me if I still have it bc I don’t.

One of the most successful Chinese animation franchise ever. If you googled nezha 2 You will see how successful it was in box office

It’s true that production company posted the announcement. So at least the special effects should be decent, but it seems like the budget is going to the special effects so now I don’t know how much budget they have allocated for promotion
