Got nothing to watch lately, so I decided to check out this drama because of the hype. Gotta say, the only things I really liked were Wen Yifan’s cat (Diandian) and the OST by Silence Wang. Other than that, I got bored with all the flashbacks that I ended up watching it at 1.5x speed 😅. I also skipped every second couple scene. When they finally started dating, I was kinda frustrated waiting for them to actually open up to each other and I had to wait until episode 27 😩. I guess I’m more into fluffy, healthy relationships compared to theirs, so I found this drama a bit boring at times. Guess this one just isn’t my cup of tea.
I really love Miaomiao's character, she gives off strong independent woman vibes but i feel sorry for Su Peipei, I understand why she was extremely angry about the unresolved relationship between Cen and Miaomiao, since she was just used as a distraction.
Overall, i think the quality of this production is on a whole different level compared to every mini drama I've ever watched. definitely one of the best..
questions (please answer)1. does the drama have any ship between the fl and ml (ShenYi)2. is this kinda bl censored…
1. no romance at all, this drama is all about crime cases 2. it has a bit bromance vibes between the leads, I don't like BL either but for me, their interactions are still enjoyable to watch
Wanna thank everyone on this page for contributing content and thoughtful discussion of the incredible Tan Jianci.…
I agree with you... I'm not good with words, so I usually end up as a silent reader :p but I really enjoy reading the discussions on every page that has our Tan Jianci in it 😆
I just finished season 2, and honestly, I think it’s even better than season 1. In this season really dives into Shen Yi’s inner struggles, which I loved. Huge kudos to Tan Jianci for his performance especially in episode 20 — seriously, wow. It’s incredible how he portrayed such a wide emotional range in just a few minutes. 👏🏻 and I think there's still some mystery around Shen Yi’s darker side, so I really hope we get more of that in season 3 — if there is one!
I was planning to watch Under the Skin, but I ended up watching Are You Safe instead. I’m really enjoying it, the story is engaging and very informative. I’m currently on episode 25, so let’s see how it goes towards the ending.
