same... i watch L&R 3 times..... now following this korean youtuber who posts a week of 3 videos of them watching L&R.... really cant bear to move on too... this drama sooo gooddddd.... i even listening to the OST..... so heart ache while listening lol..... this drama made me so crazy haha

In fact, just because many people been saying AOL is similar in this thread, i watching AOL now up to epi57.... gosh i hate the phoenix there... he hurts his girl =( L&R phoenix was so soooo niceeeeeee GRRRR that scenes when AOL phoenix hurt the girl make me sooooo angry.....

this Si Feng has set the bar of ML so high..... and he is also a phoenix cant help but sometimes i do compare Xu feng with Si Feng (even the name is similar dammit) and got so angry at AOL ML and FL..... lol.....

also in AOL there's not much lovey dovey scenes as L&R..... pacing also too slow....

I recommend Ten Miles Peach Blossom to watch if you haven't and looking for something epic love story to overcome your withdrawal from L&R.

I dont recommend Ashes of Love, because i just watch it after hearing so many people saying this drama similar to AOL. No, its not similar at all. The only similarity is the female lead unable to love. Thats it! AOL female lead is not good, she is useless and much more dumb than Xuan Ji, there's not much growth as well ...... (watched up to epi 57 out of 63 in AOL) so i totally doesnt recommend u to watch AOL at all.... i do love Yang Zhi though just doesnt favor the female lead in AOL.....

Although its based on own preference, I also drop watching "Love and destiny", love Nini but that story is toooooo slowwwwwwww for me...... and the male lead isnt attractive enough to be the male lead (sorry im superficial when it comes to actors and actresses lol... its for public eye... need to be good looking lol)

I do need an epic drama to move on from L&R. Currently watching ashes of love epi 36.... but.... Been holding on to it due to the high rating... Wondering when i can reach to those great episodes.... Been fast forwading

3. Romance of tiger and rose - historical setting, its with flaws but i love it so much coz its funny and has all the neccessary factors that make me go gaga

guy super love the girl (the hurt is good LOL)
good songs are bonus
great humor is also a good bonus!

memorable dramas:
i've fallen for you starring Esther Yu (quite illogical in some parts, but the romance is gooddddddddd)

odd, i think this year is a great year for chinese drama...... about 3 dramas make me go crazy this yr.... one of them of cos its L&R, then also theres some memorable ones too.....

Hmmmm..... I feel L&R cant be compared to AOL.....

i find AOL pace is slower....
and the FL dumb.... not "powerful" like Xuan Ji
also..... there is very limited lovey dovey scenes.... compared to L&R which is almost every episode there's sweet scenes..... except middle part.
Also i couldn't really accept that the ML in AOL is the son of the villians..... im watching AOL up to episode 36 and its hard for me to continue =( im rooting for the 2nd ML instead.
So far there's not a scene which i want to rewatch unlike L&R so many rewatchable badass and sweet scenes heheeheheh

this is the 2nd time that i like drama better than novel. usually its the novel better than drama. The 1st one is, my boss and me. That one drama version starring Zhao Li Ying also better than the novel.

i hope they will release the 72 episodes on dvd version or any version lol......

Im usually a cold blooded person, i dont cry much from watching. Usually just shed a tear or two. But this drama also make me sob so hard =( and yet it was so goodddddd lolllll the heart ache was good lol....

Hmmm as pov of ML, yes i also feel that the FL doesnt worth him. But when i see it in pov of the FL, I can sort of understand the FL... She just has too much hatred and therefore oblivious to the others And unable to see what the ML does for her. Her hatred is so big this is why she need a ML who can give her an equal if not more love then she can let go of her hatred..... The FL also suffered alot.... by Dijun
