Am I the only one that didn't hate Shibuki? She wasn't my favorite but I actually understood why she did some of the things she did. I felt like she was trying to survive in a group with 3 guys who were already good friends and where she was the odd one out. It reminded me of what another character says later on about being surprised by what they would do to survive. I didn't think Shibuki was evil, but definitely morally gray.
What drama should I watch while I'm waiting for new episodes of this one? Anyone have some good reccomendations?…
Definitely try Alice in Borderland and Sweet Home. Those 2 dramas saved me from a previous drama withdrawal lol. You can also find them on Netflix if you have it.
I haven't seen the webtoon but is something going to happen between Soo Jin and Seo Jun later on? Maybe i've seen too many dramas and it's caused me to look too deeply into things, but I felt like there were very little possible hints that maybe something might happen between them 2 in the future. But I also heard that the drama is different from the webtoon....
lol Yes I personally like them together. Honestly I went into this 100% expecting to ship her with Seo Jun but I was surprised by how much I ended up liking her with Suho. I really like her with Seo Jun too, but not in a romantic way.
I do agree now more and more, the drama has a pretty obvious path on where its going and in the drama version…
Yea and I know a lot of people are saying they'd be sad if they don't end up together, but Seo Jun and Joo gyun would be freaking awesome as best friends. They have the perfect dynamic for that. I'll personally be very happy if it ends with him being good friends with her and with Suho again.
I was thinking of this while watching. They will be great friends but he romantic chemistry..hmmm no?
Yes that's how I feel. The friendship chemistry between those 2 is definitely there, but the romantic chemistry isn't there for me. I just don't see it no matter how hard I try.
Why should anyone kill you? Your opinion is valid just like someone who thinks otherwise. Let's normalize every…
you'd be surprised lol. I love being passionate about things we love but people take things too seriously sometimes. It's too hard for others to put their egos aside and have a normal conversation. But thank you, and I agree opinions and respectful disagreements need to be normalized.
ok this is a very unpopular opinion that i'm almost scared to say it lol. I'm caught up now and honestly when it comes to seo jun and joo gyun I really don't see much of a "couple" type of chemistry between them. I don't know why and I don't know how to explain it, but I see them being a great pair as best friends rather than as a romantic couple. Maybe that will change but as of right now I see great chemistry as friends. No one kill me lol.
For me, just based on the story and characterizations so far, I see no reason to root for Jugyeong with anyone…
Thank you so much for defending Suho in regards to what happened to his friend. I feel like just because they find his character "boring" a lot of people kind of skip over how messed up it is that Suho is being blamed. I understand that Seojun is still grieving, but so is Suho. We know Suho doesn't have a support system at home and he already blames himself, so for me it's honestly horrifying to watch Seojun torment Suho the way he does.
If any of you guys are waiting for the next episodes, i recommend some other shows i've watched or am watching.…
A big yes to Alice in Borderland! I was having major drama withdrawal and couldn't get into anything else until I saw Alice in Borderland. That was so good.
Agree Im on a lakorn slum and can't decide what to watch so simply come back for a rewatch of this one
Same! I tried to watch a couple of other lakorns but I couldn't move on from this one so I rewatched it. I only recently managed to move on and just binge watched a good kdrama, jdrama, and an English show lol.
I actually really liked this. Tor, the actor who plays Sila, was phenomenal. He's a great actor and i'll definitely keep an eye out for his other dramas. He's cute too! Min the female lead honestly annoyed me most of the time, but wow the actress is gorgeous! The revenge plot was interesting to the point where at some parts of the lakorn I cared more about Sila's revenge then I did about his romance with Min. However, I still think the actors for Sila and Min have good chemistry. This lakorn isn't perfect as it has its flaws, but I honestly think this is one of, if not the best, lakorns i've seen so far.
So far this is a pretty cute drama in my opinion. Not amazing but it's still a nice drama to pass the time with. My issue is after all this time, despite how much I adore Marcus Chang, I'm still not feeling his character here. Yes AoRan/TianXing is definitely hot and rich, but other than that nothing about him intrigues me and yet we're already well over half way through the drama. I don't dislike his character but I also don't care for him much either. I guess you can say i'm very indifferent towards him. But I only speak for myself. Regardless i'm glad I gave this one a try. I'm especially excited to see more work from Simon Lian in the future.
Why cancel ? Why not just continue when things get better ?
I know! I really liked this show and I thought it had potential for a good ending. But now we wont even get a proper ending to the story. It's really sad.
