I was anxiously waiting all week to see how Ao Ran and Qing Feng would react to Chuchu setting Xiao En up and you're telling me they don't even show that this week?! I have to wait another long and torturous week to find out how they react?! I should've waited for this drama to finish airing before I started it lol.
I’ve loved this drama since the very beginning but I had to stop watching after episode 9 because the second…
I know how you feel. I've very rarely gotten second lead syndrome in the past so I didn't expect it to hit me this hard this time. And i'm a Marcus Chang fan but Qing Feng is just perfect for me. This is going to be so hard.
I don't mind taking Qing Feng for myself lol. He's hardworking, he has a great career, he's genuine, sweet, thoughtful, and hot. He's the full package! Quick, someone write me into the novel so Qing Feng can fall in love with me lol
I am truly obsessed with Qing Feng. He's such a great character and definitely my type of guy lol. I barely get second lead syndrome and unfortunately I got it bad in this drama. I just hope he gets his own happy ending. So far i'm really enjoying this drama. I made the mistake however of starting it while it's currently airing. Waiting every week for ONE episode is honestly torture.
I hear Qing Feng's heart breaking after he hears how much Xiao En likes Ao Ran.
I know. Poor Qing Feng doesn't deserve the heart break. But she's been going on and on about Ao Ran so it's not surprising. Hopefully Qing Feng gets his own happy ending.
That's exactly why the rating in Korea is not doing well. Started at 6%, went down, at some point it inched higher,…
Ratings would not be a moot point for a drama that was only available on cable television. However this drama is not. This drama is also available on Netflix, the most popular streaming site worldwide. And Netflix has already confirmed that it is one of the most popular shows on their site while it's been airing. Which proves that many viewers are watching it on Netflix. So the cable ratings do not mean much in the case of this particular drama where literally everything else shows that it has been popular. It's really not hard to understand at all.
It's not about the screen time honestly, the second lead is truly very likeable. But you'll have to decide if…
Same here! I've never really had SLS before but this time I adore him. I'm still waiting to see how the ML turns out but I hope none of this is too heart breaking.

You brought up ratings and we're all showing you that that point is moot seeing as Netflix themselves has confirmed this to be in their top 10 worldwide rankings. And the buzz around the show also proves it's popularity. So again, the cable ratings in this case do not mean much. That's all.

Time has already proven it. Like I said this drama has been trending and it's been very popular and very well liked by many. There's nothing wrong with you not liking it, you have every right to not like it. But to insinuate that it's not as successful because of cable ratings makes no sense when there's other factors to consider. Such as the fact that it has ranked in the top 10 worldwide ranking on Netflix, which proves that many people are indeed watching it on Netflix. Not being a fan of it is fine, but just because you don't like it doesn't mean that it's not successful. I'll leave it at that lol
Omg where have you been? You missed all the fun. We swooned over their chemistry here lmao. Well glad you started…
I hope you'll love this drama! I can honestly say it has become one of my favorites. May I ask if you liked My husband in law? I'm thinking of watching that drama since i'm a fan of Mark Prin.
This was cool to read. I knew about Sung Hoon once being a swimmer, but I didn't know about everyone else. I'm surprised that Song Hye Kyo and Lee Min Ho were once child athletes. Great article!

Let's not forget that the show is available on Netflix and many people are watching it there. The drama has also been trending a lot. So despite the cable ratings it's pretty clear that this has been an overall successful drama.
The first 4 episodes were amazing to me. Till the zombie story. But after that, I lost my interest in this show.…
This drama is definitely so much more than that. Everyone has grown but Moon Young, Gang Tae, and Sang Tae especially have developed so beautifully throughout the course of the drama. I understand losing interest (everyone has different taste), but i'm surprised that you think this is just a romance movie with a little plot twist. I mean no disrespect, i'm just intrigued by your response lol. I'll have to respectfully disagree.
WARNING: This is just MY opinion. (Have to make that clear lol) There were just a few things I liked about this drama but overall I was very disappointed. I had dropped it and then came back to give it another shot, but it wasn't worth it. Unfortunately I had been really excited for this one and for me it fell short. I think the actors are great, but the writing and script is just not up to par imo. And the finale was very underwhelming. It may not be the absolute worst (I've seen some really terrible dramas lol), but it's not great either. Regardless I'll still be looking forward to seeing what JCW and KYJ bring us next in their careers.
Well second male lead syndrome is there as qingfeng and Qiao En had much conversations than aoran and Qiao En…
Even so I've barely gotten second lead syndrome before, even when dramas would shows tons of scenes with the FL and the SML. With QingFeng he's just very likeable in a way that AoRan has not been for me up to this point. But I won't give up on AoRan/TianXing just yet. That's why I said I am still looking forward to seeing how he develops in the future episodes. I'm curious to see how he will grow and if the writers will manage to make me care about him more. I'll probably always prefer QingFeng's character, but the hints that they've given in regards to AR's character development leave me with hope. Maybe he'll be one of those characters that I don't care for at first but then grow to like more as the drama goes on. Either way i'm looking forward to finding out.
I adore Qingfeng and unfortunately I let myself get second lead syndrome, which rarely happens for me lol. I'll be sad when she doesn't choose him because i'm sure she'll get with AoRan/TianXing. I'm a fan of Marcus and the man is gorgeous, but i'm sorry I just can't get into his character right now. Even with him being jealous in episode 9 and him and XiaoEn having some scenes in the episode 10 preview, I felt nothing. I just find his character to be so bland. I don't dislike his character I just feel indifferent towards him at the moment. That's just my opinion. But hopefully he'll have some good growth and character development coming soon. They have shown some hints of it so i'm looking forward to seeing how he and everyone else grows in the coming episodes.
