There are multiple women surrounding the ML in that drama but, all those women have their own lives, their own ambitions, their own paths they take. None of the women in that drama are existing only for making ML happy, giving him their unconditional forever love.
If the ML in this one was line the FL in 'Again my life', it would have perfectly fine. But, this ML is just the same as the other 5 ML's in Kdramas that are currently running and the characterization is...very ugly. He basically has no life, just like the current fav ML type - only living and dying for the FL.
