ok, done and dusted. The FL was a staunch heroine and the Prince was a bit of a dunce who took a while to get his bearings. The evildoer was a seductress who led men around by their *****, you know what I mean. Short little amusing drama.

pe 12 That Yue Xi is a careful lplotter who can get someone else to take the blame while she finds time to roll around behind the gauze curtain with that other Prince.

ep. 11 This prince has got to be the dumbest dude alive. He is told by the royal physician his mother is facing imminent death and he won't let his wife/doctor administer medication to save her instead he keeps trying to choke her instead.

Ok, I'm still watching this although nobody else seems to be. This is really a cheap production and they can't get the names of their plants right but all this and the spunk of the FL makes it funny.

The male actors in this drama look inviting, but can't get past the female leads inadequacies

I didn't realize these episodes are 10 minutes long. Too bad, I hate short dramas. Not worth getting invested. Besides the Prince is a dork.

I'm trying this out because the new historical dramas just starting are not getting very good reviews. This trope of present-day woman transported to ancient times has been done before. So let's see where this goes? If it's funny, it will be a pleasure to watch.

This film was brutal. A friendship forged in childhood could not withstand the strictures of a society divided into nobles and slaves. Fighting off invaders took its toll but one group acquiesced and members of the lower class were 'ennobled' by their struggle for liberation. The three-way sword fight in the fog clarified the misunderstandings. The befuddled emperor was outmaneuvered by a nose and then some. The end shows a people learning to smile and dance again.

I'm pretty sure I saw it in the later episodes after they already revealed their identities of having met together as youths.

Ep. 16 This is pretty much a lot of filler until the end when BaiShuang has to bluff her way to keep pretending she is who she's not so as not to fall into the clutches of a very p'd off Na Zhan.

Ep. 15 after falling from one coma into the next, Bei Shuang is save by the Ice Toad. How? It's all left to your imanation. Lazy writing I'd say. Beside all those costume changes and being practical invisible so he can spend so much time in Bei Shuang's bedroom, Qing Yun can also change his face when needed. What a talented guy.

Sounds about right to me as I gave it a 7 despite liking Landi Li and Jeremy Tsui's acting.

Absolute hate Ren Jia Lun's character and don't like his acting generally so after trying this drama a couple of times I've had enough. Too bad, because I really like Landi Li and Jeremy Tsui.

I remember some of that Jasper trajectory, but also saw one scene where the Jasper in the dish disintegrates into the air and later one appears in the grass by the tree they visited as children and adults.

The musical journey was outstanding. The actors were endearing and the story was unique enough to stay away from too many tropes. The evildoers were a bit over the top, but what the hell at least they didn't get to go out with a boom only a whisper.

La grande finale. Some nice Wuxia but uncle swinging the gong around is just out of tune. The plot comes to naught as does the big boom expected by Bad Sis, but who can stay mad at someone on the way to becoming a housewife. Fei final concert tour ends with a kiss to build a dream marriage on. What's happened to Jasper, anyone? I really enjoyed this musical journey. If you did too, give a good rating.

ep. 23 Huang Yin's nose is usually out of joint but this time she uses it well. From Fei's wrist to Mu's ears comes the tune Shan is playing which stops scoundrel Shang's smirk in its tracks. For their evil deeds they are made assistants. What could be more demeaning? So they are planning an explosive finale if his royal brother doesn't recind the appointments.

Ep. 22 Baubles, bangles and broaches are in the ascendency. While Bad Sis plucked away and her murderous admirer grinned at her triumph, Fei and her cohorts flew into an instrumental frenzy to draw all present into a rhythmic riot of hand-clapping ecstasy.
