If they're going to cast someone underage as that kind of role, then she should be at least 17 there shouldn't be any kissing/intimate scenes and everything should be up to the female lead if she's comfortable with it. I also hope the rumour with the second male lead isn't true, he's the SECOND male lead, don't treat him as if he's the first!!

No hate or anything, but to be completely honest, I'm not a huge fan of romance and I'm not really invested in the whole storyline of Love in Pavillion, but I think I'll watch the first few episodes just for Neo and decide whether to continue or not

I didn't even know that Nazha existed before watching FoF, so I don't know anything about the kind of person she is or if she's been involved with similar problems like this before.
However, it is very suspicious how the agent suddenly started talking shit about Neo when they were seemingly fine before , especially when they are working on a drama together. He either knew that nothing would happen to him, or someone else higher up told him to do it, otherwise why would he risk losing his job? It is also suspicious why he would go so far to talk shit about Neo when he seemingly wasn't going to get anything out of it... unless he is?? Maybe some higher ups told him to do it, trying to put down Neo while also wanting to raise Nazha's popularity and stuff.
From what I know, Nazha well liked for her visuals, and she had a pretty sizable fandom, but it wasn't huge or anything. I don't know much about her sudden rise in popularity, but if it is as you said, then it is quite suspicious.
In general, it's really suspicious, but I don't know, I guess we'll just have to wait and see.

Neo's actually really good at dubbing, he adds a lot of expression, and the tones are always natural but still fits the scene/character. I really hope they let him dub Lu Jianglai.

It should, and the thing is, NO HATE but Nazha didn't suddenly have a surge in popularity, and it's still too early to tell if her performance (eg. acting) was outstanding, which is why I feel this whole thing was planned. A possible reason could be internal conflicts, but like 99.9999% of the times, billing would only change if the actor left or was replaced, unless his scenes were cut out...?? -- But seriously, after a month of filming, like WHAT IS THERE TO SUDDENLY CUT OUT?? Especially when the story is centralised around Lu Jianglai, I MEAN SURE, CUT IT OUT THEN THE STORY'S GONE!!!!
Please don't change the synopisis for Yu Ming Cha Gu here, MDL is like the one place we can still trust, and has the evidence. If the agency isn't going to defend Neo, then at least he has a strong fan base who will protect him.
