That first episode isn't talked about enough, because yeah no, absolutely not consensual. As she was screaming to be left out of the room and the handcuffs, I felt my gut drop and my brain go into overdrive to help her. I don't know why that was supposed to be spicy. There was no consent, nor could we as the audience at any time believe there was some type of consent. They should have dealt with that very very differently. I'm only at episode 4, so I hope nothing worse happens. I don't think I've seen the camping incident at this point, though.

it's on Viki now, for anyone whose region also shows it

not really. the movie starts when one of them died, so you already know the ending from the start that way.

thanks for letting me know. was looking for someone to claim it got much better after episodes 13-14 (I've been bored for 4 episodes at least), but I'll just drop it then. cheers!

Anyone know where to watch this? nothing marked on 8/27/2026

this guy has so much chemistry with... anyone actually. Good actor, I guess!

it's on Viki and Netflix so those are two big platforms. could also pick out several things from Viki and pay for a month and watch them all

I just started sweet games based on your scores and already loving it haha!

I'm just going to follow you. I frequently forget where I get lists from, and I've seen maybe half of what you've seen and loved it too, so I think your scores may align with mine (although I do give an easy 9 and 10!)

holy heck, he was so creepy in Dear Liar. Very convincing. Dude needs some more big roles that are more complex to show off his abilities

This show is a good example of why you should never annoy your sound mixing guy. So often the music was much too loud compared to the dialogue. It is very frustrating and if I wasn't enjoying the story, I would have quit because of that.

Closer to the ending, the village head grabs a sword. Does the costume behind him have a significant meaning that may explain why he was what he was? I was wondering if he was actually a traitor instead but unsure what the symbol meant on the jacket (?)

thanks! will do!

I'm someone who lives through the 90s so I'm having to swallow some weirdness here. but my main question is the fact I'm not enjoying the FL much at all; I'm only at episode 4. Does her character get better or is it more of the same and is this show just not for me?

I want more from this script writer. Everything was fitting together so nicely and I wasn't bored at any point.

You could potentially add "The Strongest Men of God: https://kisskh.at/26761-the-strongest-men-of-god

it's on Viki right now; unsure if you still need to know

The ending meant she died by suicide. She was saying that if she was loved and loved that she would be blessed again in her next life. They just didn't show the actual fall or jump. In the end she seemed to think it would be easier on everyone if she died. I also think she could have remained a woman as that's what she felt she was.

the movie is now on Viki but not the series yet :(

did you ever find it? it's not on US Amazon prime, and although it claims it is on youku it is not in the US
