I was loving this until they began meshing "the script" with "the writing of the script." The scene about the…
Agree. At first, I actually like that they're referencing some parts of the kdrama itself in that kdrama they're producing but they keep doing it that it became too tiring to watch and gave that "lazy writing" vibes just to get by until the end.
I am interested in this drama, but I tend to drop dramas with the actress Hwang Jung Eum since she screams a lot…
I was putted-off by Hwang Jung Eum, too but still gave this drama a chance since I really like Sungjae and Choi Won Young. She's okay here, actually. I could say that this drama is one of her best so far, along with Secret.
Sadly, "love" is not that simple, and is anything but logical. Same with women that get abused but still stay.…
Also, we need to consider Sunwoo's background. She's an orphan and the way I see it, Tae Oh became the first family to her after a long time. That's why she didn't immediately divorced him. Then, it didn't help thay when they got divorced, Tae Oh was still obsessed with her instead of giving proper closure or leaving her alone to move on.
I like to dig into Jung's psychological types and the cognitive functions models, which MBTI was based on. The…
As someone who became obsess with MBTI, I would personally recommend people to try typing using the cognitive functions since as you've said, MBTI was based on that. Also, no online test (especially the 16personalities) could accurately type you, as they're prone on typing based on the stereotypes.
Anyway, while I believe every person is unique, I also won't discount MBTI or Jung's theory as useless since we're all trying to understand our nature as humans. There's really no harm in knowing these things, unless you're taking all of these seriously as if this is the only thing that matters.
I've been watching variety shows here and there since the idols/actors I like usually guest in one, but it's MITH that I start watching regularly. I really recommend everyone to watch it since watching every episode is worth it. More than the unique masters, the chemistry between the four main casts is the main charm of this show. Each butler has their own charms and balances the group. They could make you laugh, cry and root for them every time.
Although, I have to warn those who plans to watch this now: two of the main casts already left the show while they added 3 additional ones. I'm not sure how it changed things in the show but I guess, you could still try it.
It's interesting to know that music show hosts were used to be actors. But then, idols just became a thing by the mid-2000's so it's also expected they'll get popular actors to host at the early days.
Anyway, aside from the music shows, some actors had also hosted few popular music-related variety shows. One I could think of is Namgoong Min hosting KBS Singing Battle before.
edit: If I remember correctly, Kim Min Jae also used to host MuCore?
Lee Shin mentioned that everyone supposed to be died based on the previous times of resetLee Shin also mentioned…
I could also be wrong but your guess is making sense actually.
Detective Ji's partner could be the murderer. It makes sense that they all didn't die before the reset because he had died already in that timeline. I'm just thinking now if how Lee Shin orchestrated the whole scene of him getting death? She had said she prevented everyone's death.
Your theory regarding the old guy could be justified by Lee Shin getting a result or something in the hospital. Then later on, her assistant gave the old guy an envelope. Could contain that result. Plus that cafe's name, 365, equivalent to one year.
Although, I'm still not sure about that truck driver's friend's death? I get the whole "you didn't die to someone has to die" concept, but the truck driver already died, right? They should have considered that, so I dunno, I'm still thinking that he could be killer but that's far-fetching.
Watched Pegasus Market back when it was still airing and yes, it's one of the underrated kdramas everyone should watch! The combination of Kim Byung Chul and Lee Dong Hwi didn't disappoint from start to finish.
Planning to watch Chocalate and My Wife is Having an Affair This Week.
one of my favorite dramas misaeng is the 26th highest rated drama. But it got 8.2%, so considered not good enough…
Actually, if you look at the final episode date (assuming you're looking at Wikipedia), it's one of the few that was aired pre-2015 so I would still say it is successful when it was aired (Contribute the fact that it got 20 episodes compare to the normal 16 episodes). Also, during those times, Cable TV dramas were just starting to gain its popularity so if you look at it, Misaeng actually was one of those dramas that paved way for more cable tv dramas we've known now.
This drama hasn't disappoint me so far. I'm actually surprised at the huge age gap of the main leads because usually, I could tell it right away in the first episodes and would made me uncomfortable for the rest of the series (e.g. main leads of Goblin). But here, the female lead managed to pull off her character as someone in her mid to late 20's, making the age gap tolerable.
I'm really curious as to how will things go between them later on. Who is more fortunate, that someone who could remember everything or that someone who could forget everything?
I actually enjoy finding familiar actors from the secondary characters more than ever. This list didn't get all of them but I still like how it appreciate some of them. More than anything, they made a drama shine by simply being an evil villain who we all root to be gone or a great friend/supporter of our main leads.
