Just finished ep. 20. What a conveniently vague conversation they've had 🙄 Just say "You are my wife" ! I hate the amnesia trope with a passion smh If it doesn't get resolved in ep 21 I'm out.
"I just can’t understand how someone like her — a modern-day actress who’s seen so many scripts — could…
So many things have already changed tho? Also for the record I do NOT love jerk ML's lol My point was that she is a freaking actress who has seen so many dramas that she easily recognizes common tropes, yet she is unable to tell that the story differs from the original script and doesn't recognize the possibility that ML could be the (nice) hero of the story.
The "good" guy/s don't always win, the bad guys oftentimes get away with shit and we don't always get closure. So yes, I'm satisfied with this ending. I didn't even need to see what happens to the money or even the baby. For me, they could've let all of that out because in the end it doesn't change anything.
Hmm...I found ML's story arc kinda boring tbh I hope we get a third season so we get the conclusion of all the setup. The only character I was invested in this season was Di Lin. He's the most interesting character for me. I want to see the "brothers" interact more. I have a feeling that ML's premonition will come true- hopefully in season 3!
I 've watched 3,5 episodes. I'm not feeling it. The pacing is off, the dialogues don't work for me. The fights or rather the beatings go way too long before ML gets to fight back and the villains (his dad included) are way too generic for me. Also, I understand that they want us to feel the grief, the desperation and the toxicity of his family and the situation they are in but argh those scenes and dialogues between them drag so hard! I don't think I can finish this.
why is everyone hating? love triangles are like... the most common plot ever in k-dramas, why are yall surprised?…
Not surprised but disappointed lol This has only 10 episodes and the main couple's relationship isn't even established enough. Plus we know that the "third act-breakup" is inevitable...That leaves us with, what, 1 episode of romance in a romance show?
