I am going to refrain from taking about the preview of ep 10. I still want to bask in the glory of ep 9.
Hijiri and Akira go around exploring this new place in search of Akira's father. I am sure Hijiri totally forgets about all the barriers that she harbors and its easy giving how picturesque the place is and especially to go there with Akira is like an end game for both of them. Akira's mother goes frantic over him not to be seen. In her desperateness she even goes to Shoutaro. Akira and Hijiri on finding Akira's father are spending some time there where Akira's dad advices him that if he really loves Hijiri he should not run away like he himself once did. Shoutaro; jealous that he already is of Akira, calls up Hijiri and gives her some wake up and come back to your senses speech. Haraguchi gets upset with his selfish behavior and inability to let go of the past.
Hijiri feeling extremely hurt over what things have come to, again decides to run away and leaves in the rain. Akira obviously runs out on finding out that she has gone missing. He finally happens to spot her...and I believe its some deserted shed or deserted house....where they both are soaking wet. The rain is extremely unforgiving and so is there love. She finally breaks down and confesses her inability to forget him. And probably (and I am really really hoping) she kisses him first judging from the way her arms are around his neck (which is extremely satisfying to watch) and the way she is biting her lip. Obviously Akira would go crazy after that and so would we...... :)
what other shows are you guys watching to get through this long drought?
Memories of Alhambra is brilliant!! The whole plot and cinematography is stunning. Hyun bin is obviously superlative. In all it has the same dynamics of a thriller like "W". I totally see myself going into a frenzy craze the same way like when W was airing.
But so far nothing has really helped me overcome my addiction to Chugakusei Nikki...even a single new teaser and few new shots posted here and there from ep 9 has me dreaming endless dreams. :|
Their eyes tells everything. Still in awe how debuted actor Okada Kenshi can delivered to us how much he loves…
He is outstanding. Just so good. You forget everything when he is in front of you. Its almost unfair on others to be so handsome and on top of that he is also a brilliant actor.
My heart physically hurts at the way akira looks at hijiri. Especially in that last pic from the latest teaser.…
He is a genius actor to be honest. At least at this point it's not at all an overstatement to say that. The way he looked at Runa and the way he looks at Hijiri is so drastically opposite. With Runa he showed no emotions on his face like he just didn't feel anything and with Hijiri he is just so overwhelmed with emotions. Unbelievably beautiful. I feel overwhelmed watching his scenes with Hijiri.
I wish he would not call her 'Sensei' anymore. Like it seems the writers are deliberately making Akira's character do that to always imbibe into the viewer's mind about their relationship of a student and teacher and not barely two human beings. He can very well address her as Hijiri-chan like he always did in his diary.
I so liked how they ended episode 8, like a repetition of ep 3 Train scene, only this time its a ship and he doesn't physically pull her into (his realm I would say....Train or ship in this case is just symbolizing her getting pulled into his inner realms.).....their love leads her to run to him, finally realizing that it has always been him. And then the ship starts moving while they are confused as to what just happened; just like the train scene back then.
Ahh my life has never been the same after starting this drama.!
There's still that question as to how Hijiri got hold of Kuroiwa's diary....? Or has it been revealed in ep 7/8?…
I sometimes don't think that how she gets the diary is a significant part. It can very well be, that after it all ends well, she is reading out the story.
