i understood that part, but i just didnt understand the reasoning why Viphob said hed leave Aek alone if Aue joins and loses? i dont understand how that benefits Viphob in any way...unless its just a pride thing? but honestly i dont even get the point of Aek & Viphob's relationship outside of the competition LOL

absolutely loveee this article and the breakdown of all the sections! I still consider myself at the beginner level or newcomer when it comes to watching Cdramas since they are more of a time commitment where I end up just choosing shorter dramas from other countries but I have a long ptw for cdramas LOL. So this is def helpful!! I have watched some of these already and a few of them are also on my ptw!

Sooo is this actually cancelled?!! Im gonna wait until november to see if Tencent says anything at all but if this is actually being shelved IM FUMINGGGGG!! This is why i really dont like waiting for cdramas. Airing dates are never secure and we wait ages only for things to be shelved/postponed or cancelled…

I really hope this will see the light of day even if not this year but hopefully next year!!! I really want to watch this!! And since some say its not heavily focused on the romance this could have a better chance of airing… just praying over here!!

Yea romance! Not much kissing, mostly hugging. Maybe 1 or 2 kisses if i remember!

I have super mixed feelings about this movie....I mean I liked it, but there were still things that bothered me. I think one of the main things that wouldve changed my opinion on this movie more is the portrayal of the main girl.....I think if she had originally approached them because she liked Shane....and then happens to find out about Jonathan being gay I think that wouldve sat better for me personally....

Her flirting and liking Jonathan originally, then finding out hes gay and being a friend about it and then later on dates his best friend??? REGARDLESS if she resisted Shane in the beginning, she still made attempts to get closer, like watching him play basketball or approaching them riding a bike etc....I just cant wrap my head around her knowing that hes gay and that HE LIKES SHANE....but then she still later on decides to date him...Maybe using her was a way to show that Jonathan was gay to the audience, but there couldve been another way besides that.

ANDDD THE FRIEND SHANE??? HE THINKS SHE AND JONATHAN DATED AT ONE POINT BUT STILL PROCEEDS TO PURSUE HER AND THEN ALWAYS MAKES JONATHAN HANG WITH THEM, LIKE WHAT?? Its one thing to potentially date a former friends "ex" but then to constantly drag him along with them, seems pretty inconsiderate, even if he mightve had good intentions and just wanted them to all hangout and stay by his side...like god forbid they actually dated and Jonathan had lingering feelings for her and finds out his best friend is dating and now hes gotta always be around them on dates with them...

The ending was kinda sloppy for me I dont feel like i got full closure everything is up in the air...like I guess Shane does love Jonathan too...but he also loves the gf sooo like what hes just going to continue with her and hope that Jonathan stays by him??

when I first saw the 15 mins I was actually excited LOL cause we usually only get 10 mins or sometimes even less in some of the episodes like 8 or 9 mins soo Im def taking 15 mins as a positive!!

The beginning was interesting but got boring real quick. its a pretty cheesy and corny show. And the acting with the majority are pretty sub par imo…I only watched it all soley for XZ…

wellll i was exciteddd seeing this news....only to read further they are recasting?? WHAT??? just dont bother then with the second season if they need to recast...id rather it leave off on that cliffhanger from s1 then them making another season with new people...

If one of the leads will not be in this I feel like this is a perfect opportunity to kinda re-do the series. I know that will not happen but I feel ifff they just recast and continue where they left off from s1 it will seem weird or disconnected at least for me. There was some plot holes due to the time and episode length so it could be interesting if they lengthened the episodes or even add more episodes to really flesh out the story and concept as it was a really fascinating and interesting one. And have a good closure to the series as well!

its a weird process i have LOL, Its more like I just want to know how they die, whether or not I know the actual reason is another case. So w/o context generally, I think to myself does that way of death or killing anger or upset me?? Will I be able to accept it and be ok with it for the future? Usually the last episode or two gives me enough to make a decision (from my experience). I havent done it too many times cause I generally dont watch long dramas LOL.

it would really depend because I dont mind sad endings as long as they make sense to the story. If it is 50 episodes and Im seeing multiple ppl say its sad and or one of the main characters die...then Ill probably watch the last episode to gauge how bad it really is and then decide if i wanna proceed to start the drama because I dont want to waste my time on that many episodes unless its only 20 episodes then i take my chances. If it was a sad ending that couldve been prevented then yes ill be super annoyed and mad LOL

Im the same!! sometimes we just need those mindless break type of dramas where you can watch with ease without having to think much XD

Yea the romance kills it sometimes only because its really unnecessary to the overall plot its kinda just in there i guess for ppl who like romance LOL. Ive seen the complaints about the donghua too...ive never watched it so I have nothing to compare it with, which mightve been a good thing in this case LOL since many were unhappy about it

I hope he gets more main roles in the future too =/
