I'm still on the early episodes so I can only speak from what I have seen so far.
No, I do not think I would be able to forgive him. Not to the point where I could trust him enough to be in an intimate relationship. From what I know and remember, she chose to become an assassin and follow that shadow master's order. Okay, fine.
My problem is the fact that he knows her identity meanwhile she is in the unknown. Shadow Master asked her to kill Jing He and if she didn't, she would die. Like, why would you even do that. I feel like their relationship is unbalanced where he has too much power over her, which is not something I like. I don't like how he pretends and is so two faced with her. That is the issue for me.
Since it is a drama after all, I believe she will forgive him and they will have their romance story. I wish she won't forgive him easily, though. I don't want "okay so this guy has been lying and hurting me all along but now I love him so whatever"
Like I said, I'm still early in the drama and I don't know if I will get as far to see whether or not they can redeem him. As of now, I just don't see how.
