must be a regional thing; you can watch it on viki though if that's an option for you🙂🙂

honestly, why make him crown prince if the emperor loves his oldest son oh so dearly ... is it because xiao ding quan is the late empress' son and thus legitimate? why go through the hassle otherwise lol

good to know not to get on your bad side🤣🕺

i don’t think kids should be punished like that but man i would have taken his favorite toy and snacks away idk😭🤣🤞🏼

that was soo messy😭😭

okay, the first episode was really nice and fun, she's so petty i think this will be good!🤣🤍

started the first episode and that little boy was SO messy for that at the banquet omg😭😭

ep17 gave me the emotional intensity i was missing the last couple of episodes. great episode today!

haven't rewatched since 2023!!! had to change that!!

it’s so slow, i feel like i’ve been watching ep7 for ages

it's just a little irritating that i thought he was still alive because you can see the actor breathe in close-ups lmao... sad so see wan go

wow the beginning of ep 17...

i’m already not paying $6 / per episode to get an advance, so i won’t pay for express either haha. i just would like 2 episodes a day, one kinda just drags it for me💔

the one episode a day s´thing is so annoying, give me at least 2!

i still think it's inconsistent and annoying

i like how taxi driver highlights how useless and corrupt the police is lmao

i think what kind of bothers me is the way they do their investigation so out of order or only half of it. like in this third case now. why are they only now doing a background check on liu yuan yuan (school, etc.) when they should have done that from the get go. i feel like they try to give a twist that way, but to me it just screams half-assed investigation by focusing on weird leads, only to follow proper procedure 10 minutes before solving the case

ah okay! i did scroll down the comments, and saw the drama wrapped a year ago, so that confused me even more. but since it doesn't really matter anyway, i was just being curious! thank you :)

i skip the intro because of that big fat spider lmao i'm so sorry, i really don't like them! but we have moved on from them now, so it's okay :)

i wonder when the show was filmed, because all the security camera footage they show is always from 2019... seems so odd to me to have it set in 2019 idk why😅
