I feel like it's been a good 10 episodes since she started to care for him and put in the work to make him see that she likes him, to have their marriage work out beyond just politics. I think in that regard the show is pretty straightforward and fast-paced tbh. But I can't pin point an episode, sorry :(

Well, I'm only on episode 22. Wei Yan has started developing feelings for ManMan, but does not outright show them - they are secret. ManMan treats him nicely, but not with the same care and love she treats Wei Shao with. With Wei Shao, she actively tries to be close to him, to look pretty, to care for his needs, to show that she likes him. So, her treatment of the two men is different actually. I don't know how the next episodes will develop ManMan's and Wei Yan's relationship, but it'll be one-sided love/obsession for Wei Yan, my girl likes Wei Shao and it's obvious. And since Wei Shao is caught between his own feelings for ManMan and the past, he might need the slight pang of jealousy and competition to accelerate things anyway lmao.
