how is the romance? is the ML actually the murderer? please give me an overview of the storyline
the romance in the high school flashback scenes are very sweet. I'd honestly recommend skipping the tougher and darker scenes in and of ep 6 and in ep 8. there's extremely bad bullying, trigger warning stuff, and then part 2 (that comes out Dec 11) should be more of the revenge plot. but part 1 tells their love story.
So I’m on episode 7 rn and from what am understanding is that Chou Pin Yu is Chiang Hsiao Tung but because of…
I think Chou Pin Yu is the witness girl, the other one who was in ballet class with her but left early and lied for the bullies and said she didn't see anything. I bet that's why the reporter feels guilt, but she's also blocking out her past. It's because when she started having flashbacks she repeated the line that the evil girl said to her in the hallway, "when we're friends, we have to keep each others secrets" or something like that. Just my theory.
I don't see anything worth watching after this drama, I am at a loss....
I feel the same, I've rewatched it like 3 times already and keep replaying clips. I might need to go rewatch my past fav dramas to move on from this feeling lol
Loved this drama! This is joining The Legends, Love is Sweet, and SOKP as my favorite Bailu dramas. Cant wait for Mo Li. Always love a strong female character and the really touching heartwrenching moments here were so wonderfully portrayed with the necessary gravitas by both leads. Every arc had interesting storylines for me and I liked the deeper messages and how the main leads communicated better and understood each other more in the end.
I find it really interesting to watch this drama so far because it's like acting out the whole couple's therapy concept of try to see things from their perspective or put yourselves in their shoes, but then done on a grand fantasy-level scale and really getting to see how they slowly learn to see another person's side of it and the hard work that takes!
Really enjoyed the drama! I could have imagined a different ending but still respect the story being told and enjoyed watching it overall. People don't always make perfect decisions but the drama told a story and I enjoyed seeing the characters grow and show their love and sorrow in life. thought it was kind of still a cohesive ending. I hope to see li ge yang in more dramas, he was really good
His new drama Dominion and Devotion is surprisingly very good, helping me out of a cdrama drought. Never watched him in anything before but hope he gets some big roles in the future
I rewatch this show when I need a simple feel good drama :) people have diff tastes but its lasted as one of my favs! kind of nostalgic of old time-y cute taiwanese dramas from the 2010s - simple but sweet
I understand there's probably some other reason for DYX's actions but do the script writers think we're stupid the whole point of a couple is they're supposed to trust one another, might drop the drama. don't think i can be satisfied with "oh he did it to protect them" to save this one
