What difference is between a serial killer and a hit-man? The term serial killer for me means that a killer has…
imo, the term serial killer is used for people who kill for their satisfaction like sociopaths and psychopaths. A hit-man is someone who kills for money or some other reason.
Is Nirvana in Fire 2 better than the first one? I've been trying to finish NiF for three years now. I can't seem…
Hi, I can't really say it is better or not because I haven't watched NiF. But, NiF2 has a different theme compared to NiF. It is more family (relationship) oriented than political/strategy oriented, I would say. You should give it a try! :)
Just finished watching this drama. I don't think it is as controversial as it is said to be. They didn't even started their relationship when he was 14. Their relationship became stronger when he became 18 and they weren't even together for most of the times in the drama. It was pure love story. Of course, it is true that any relationship with a minor is problematic. Just wanted to say that this drama didn't glorify that. They had enough shares of problems and hate because of that, especially the female lead. I even wished for more happy moments; it was almost non-existent.
Just a random thought, but these last episodes remind me of Gokusen; Yoon Seung Woo's character , saying "I'm one of the competitors" to Bok Su and actually being the top student, reminds me of Sawada Shin, my all time favorite ever. And trying to increase the average class grade to prove something..
At last I find another person who does this! We're family haha! ^^
i always find it easier to finish a drama that has finished airing so that I can binge-watch. Waiting for episodes each week is so difficult and its easy for me to lose interest in the middle. :)
I do look at ratings to decide on a drama but its not a decisive way for me. I also look at reviews and comments on the drama that I am interested in and if those look promising, I would go for it.
I think people rate based on how grades were done in school, at least in the USA. A 70 is a C- or borderline D…
I think I also rate in a similar way. I would normally rate a disappointing drama 6, a somewhat okay drama around 7 to 7.5 and a good drama around 8. Only excellent dramas get 9 or 10, which is very rare for me. Most of my ratings are from 7 to 8.5. I usually drop dramas in the beginning if they are really bad or I lose interest in them and I don't rate those dramas as I don't finish them, so I rarely have to rate any drama below 6.
Anyone who fell in love Yang Zi's acting in this drama should definitely check out Battle of Changsha. She is such a versatile actress. It is not everyone's cup of tea as it is a war drama, but it is more about family and relationships in that era of China. Really recommended! :)
I don't understand why many netizens and watchers are so angry that more episodes were added. I did not read the…
although i think the show should have been made with initially planned 43 episodes and there are a lot of fillers in the middle part, I am still enjoying the show (with some skipping for filler scenes) and it doesn't affect too much for me.
