Totally agree with you. His acting has improved so much from NiF2. Also from what I’ve read about him, line…
Apart from NiF, which is kind of a representative work for LHR, I would also recommend Legend of Demon Cat movie and yes, Twin Dragon. Although he didn't have much screen time in LODC, his character stealed the highlight. And in Twin Dragon, his character is a bit of an anti-hero, so quite different from usual characters. For fluffy romance, there is With You. I actually quite admire LHR for choosing his roles very thoughtfully which can be seen in his choice of works.

After watching up to ep 13, I actually like Lv Guichen better than Ji Ye even though he is not a typical all-powerful male lead. He is pretty intelligent emotionally and intellectually. He is quite sensitive about how other people around him reacts or thinks. It can be observed during that scene with Xi Yan and Lady Su in the temple when he immediately observes the relationship between the two. His subtle expressions showed that. Also in another scene where the three trio were at the antiques shop, he cared about Ji Ye's disappointment so he didnt buy the jewelry for Yu ran. He is very kind-hearted and empathetic; these are the qualities of a great leader. I do hope to see his power sooner. And Liu Haoran is doing very well with subtle expressions and his line delivery is really good. I really like his original voice.

Title Princess Silver Spoiler
i am up to ep 37 now. I actually like the FL's character, especially in the first 20 episodes before the forced marriage and stuff, she is smart and independent, maybe a bit reckless. But, I don't feel connected to any of the male leads, and i don't get the popularity of FC though, I get that he is a very grey character but with everything what he has done to FL, I think it is understandable that FL does not love him, maybe I need to watch more episodes to see whether he can redeem himself

I wonder if Netflix will pick this up. It sounds like the kind of drama they would.
Its HBO Original so Netflix can’t I think. But if you are looking for subtitles, you can watch it on Kissasian.

This drama is definitely on the heavier side. My heart wrenches whenever I see Song Qiao An and Li Da Zhi in the…
Yes, yes, the tension between them was really high, i especially felt bad for Li Da Zhi, Song Qian An could have been her big sister and mentor if none of this happened

YES YES YES I'm so glad you made this article!! I was hoping someone would :D This drama made me see Alyssia Chia's…
I feel bad that I haven't been watching TW dramas these years. None of these dramas came into my radar before except A Touch of Green.

Looks like I've put off watching this drama for far too long. This article is exactly the push I needed to finally…
thank you and enjoy the watch! :)

thanks for the article, i have been known her since I was young although it seems that she didn't receive as much recognition as she deserved in her earlier career (maybe I am wrong). I am really glad that she is doing quite well in Hollywood nowadays as an Asian actress. Most memorable roles of her for me are definitely The Lady, Memoirs of Geisha and Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon. I really like her philosophy and attitude towards life and acting. She is such a respectable woman and actress.

Title Kill It
I was waiting for a modern action drama involving spies/agents/killers. I haven't seen one in so long and I feel…
Me too! I am waiting for Vagabond, it has spies/undercover agents and national conspiracies so hopefully it will make a good action spy drama :) , but how's this one?

I was thinking of Kim Hyanggi for Arya or even Heo Jeong Eun, the child actress although she is a bit too young at the moment! but, i think she actually fits the image of Arya at the beginning of GoT..

Lol our taste is the complete opposite! but I really love your review! I agree with you with almost everything…
yeah, untouchable lovers gave too much screen time to the secondary plots like the female general. Although I liked her character, it became really annoying towards the end because she got so much screen time.

My favorite of the year (trying to remember what actually aired this year) has to be Todome No Kiss. Thriller…
Jdramas definitely have a different feel. But, I haven't watched any Jdramas this year apart from Chugakusei Nikki. Any recommendations?

Chugakusei Nikki
I just finished watching it a few days ago and i loved it! though i understand why it is so controversial, i don't think this drama deserves that much controversy. The two main leads were not even together for most of the times in the drama

Thanks for your article. Initially, I always hesitated to watch lakorns due to their over-acting and over-dramatic storylines. But, lately, I discovered a few gems including Kleun Cheewit and Khun Mae Suam Roy. Yaya is definitely my favorite Thai actress. You should also check out Khun Mae Suam Roy, I really liked the FL in that drama as well. I watched a few of Push's dramas as well but none of his recent dramas catches my attention.

bloody romance is a must watch ! trust me it doesn't disappoint ^^
I just started watching and now up to episode 17. I have to say initially it was a bit boring for me but episode 13 was a turning point.
