I never truly completed any drama after AoS. Skipped most part of 2023 dramas bcs Lee Jae Wook has set the standard too high. Now I’m back to dramaland, only for my love Jaewookie. I know he never dissapoints!
Intimidating and bold female lead against innocent and pure male lead are so rare to be found in Kdrama world these days. The last time I remembered was in IONTBO, my all time favorite. So I’m very excited to see this pair and their dynamic. Especially how the FL will push forward like a bulldozer towards the ML. 😂
Well, Shin Hye Sun acting is shining as always. This is my first Ahn Bo Hyun drama, and I think the role suits him so well.
they put all of romcom cliches wrapped with well production and good acting from both junho and yoona (I’m surprised for the last one). This is a kind of pure classic yet enhanced romcom everyone need. Someone said Whats wrong with secretary kim and business proposal made a love child and it is King The Land. 😄😄
The ending is pretty similar with 100 Days My Prince, and oh yeah they have the same director.
in both of dramas we're left wondering, will FL live happily just as a concubine? Because it's impossible for them to be the queen. But the director just decide to cut the scene until they kissed in front of FL house. When they enter the palace, it will be another drama.
how is it so far? so no romance tag for real? is it worth watching? I really like "Strangers Again" that revolves around divorce law firm, so I thought this will have kinda similar topic.
I wonder why the title is "Our Blooming Youth" and the poster is so romantic when 60% of the story is about nasty government official politics, 39% murder case, and 1% romance :'). Nothing is blooming so far, LoL. I still continue watching this tho. :D
I feel like I'm the one who's going through the breakup because it's been a while since the final episode but my heart is still in pain. :'(
I hate how real this drama is. But I can't give low rating just because the ending didn't meet my expectation. Because of he lingering feeling this drama gave me, the wonderful acting of the casts, I will still give this drama at least 8.5.
Deep inside my heart I hope this is more like an open ending. Since they still questioning themselves, can they be strangers? epilog: One day Hara finally got married and had a kid like she always wanted to. But she still can't be happy because she didn't feel the love that she was always looking for. Eun beom finally overcome his trauma and wanting to build a family of his own, but he still can't move on from the one that got away.
I'll always come back for my ukyeong. They're not just Master Lee's dearest couple in Daeho, they're my dearest couple in the entire k-drama world. Oh, they're also Hong Sis' dearest couple, because hong sis gave them a good ending unlike previous couples in hong sis drama :')
I notice this during Happiness, PHS acting is somehow less expressive and not really interesting for me. In here, his portrayal of the crown prince suits his way of acting, his cool and calm demeanor kinda reminds me of Junho's crown prince. In the contrary, the FL has this type of exaggerating acting/expression, like she puts too much pressure in her intonation, sometimes it bothers me. The contrast of acting between the FL & ML makes their interaction becomes less believable, I feel like I'm watching them rehearsing the script rather than seeing a real scenes.
But still, I decide to continue the drama because the story is interesting for me, the music is good, multiple main characters are fun to watch.
Wow I cried at the end of ep 7. As someone who have gone thru similar situation as Oh Ha Ra, I really understand how she felt. I really like how realistic this drama is, and I love all the main characters along with their flaws. Looks like many people here doesn't like this type of kdrama so the rating keeps going down. However, this drama is my current favorite. Maybe enough for sad stuffs and law stuffs, we'll get more of romcom elements in the next episode and I'm excited!
Yes I am beyond happy. Coming back to MDL only to comment this 🤣
